I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your precious moment of life. I am @kkashif01 from a pakistan and i am here to participate in contest How do you deal with stress by @ruthjoe. The topic is very interesting indeed and its my pleasure to participate in it. So without wasting your i will move to the topic.

What is stress?

Stress is a human response to chalanges and hard time of life and a mental tension caused by tough situations. Every person experience stress at some level of his life. Some times we perioratize our work more than our health and that's the point which leads us to stress conditions. Stress can have very negative effect on our health conditions directly and also our working abilities. It may also leads to some serious mental health problems.

How do you deal with stress?

As i have said it before that every person feel stress at some moment in their life. It may be differ like study stress,work stress,business stress,family stress and many others. But it doesn't matter, what realy matter is that hiw an individual face the condition of stress and how he/she responds to his stress.
I also feel stressed some time that include work stress, study stress, and some family tensions but i got my own ways to get out of my stress conditions. I oftenly hang out with friends and we spend some time together which dragged me away from my stress conditions.
I love birds and dogs and some time when I feel stressed I spent time with them playing.

Zoro likes playing and long walks and I spent most of the time taking her in long walks. That help me to change my mode. Some times we take the mountaneous routes and the veiw from a mountain is amazing. This help me reducing my stress.

Did you face stress using steemit?

I join steemit because it is both amazing and full of interesting peoples. Also there is no pressure on you either you work or just relax. steemit flourish our working abilities and our creativity skills. So there is no way that i get stress while using steemit.

In order to manage your daily routine works you should have a good time table for every daily task because without any time table you will nit work properly and your work will be a mess. Also do not forget to take time for your health because your health is the key to your success. I handle steemit and other activities on these basis and it help me not to fall in the state of stress.

conclusion

Never ever let stress disturb your health nothing is more important than your health. We will face negative consequences of stress if we do not take it seriously.
