Yeah, just like you said all points there are very important as it concerns health. In my opinion, i think health facilities, vaccines and medicines should be made more accessible especially to rural areas and also the poor. This will help improve the health of humans more. The best facilities are accessible to only people who are very rich and the poor goes home sick.
