Wk29 : The Diary Game and your Health

A warm and lovely greetings to my fellow steemians colleagues and friends around the world, how are you all doing today? Hope you are fine and healthy as for me am amazing as usual, by the way I'm john from Nigeria it's my pleasure having you all in this amazing contest "The Diary Game and your Health" organized by @aaliarubab here at #healthy-steem.

I decided to take part in this amazing contest in other to share my views and perspective on dairy game and health as the contest name implies, but before I proceed to the contest hints and questions, I want us to look into the meaning of health, According to World Health Organization which defines Health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Your diet

Diet is anything we take as food to satisfy hunger or craving, talking about diet is not any food or fruit we take that are considered diet because some of us eat spoilt and bad food which did contribute to our health and body development instead it causes harm to it, so the food or diet I love eating is pounded yam and vegetable soup which is very important and healthy to my body such as it provides the body with vitamin A, C, and K, potassium, phosphorus, it improves the quantity of blood in the body and as well boost our immune system there are many other health benefits which I didn't know and mentioned here in this particular meal gives.

The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

Medicine and vitamins are very important mostly for the sick and unhealthy ones because it helps them get well soon and also prevents some diseases and illness in our body, so the medicine I take when sick are Panadol for headache, EBU-400 for body pain, septrime for cold, and Shal' Artem for malaria.

The exercise you did

Exercise is very essential and important to our daily lives which means we have to take part in it, for our own benefits, they are so many types of exercises and sports we can engage ourselves such as.. playing football, jogging, skipping, running, weight lifting, planking, walking, push ups, riding bicycle, jumping and many more other that can keep us fit and healthy, but as for me I take part in some of the sporty and exercise like morning jogging, playing football, push ups and playing volleyball as well which I know they contribute alot to my health and well being.

What you did to relax

Talking about relaxing there are many ways to relax your body and mind but I will be sharing with you all the ones I do

  • first on the list here is sleeping, having a good and comfortable sleep is my number one way of relaxing the body and mind most especially when am tire and stress out, good and comfortable sleep cheers me up by regaining my strength and energy.
  • Secondly is staying close to people you love as well as people who loves you too such as family and friends this will give you peace of mind and freedom from anxiety and any fear, only the joy they bring to you is enough to take your sorrows from you
  • meditation which means focusing your mind by using a composition of mental and physical manners and procedures, in this process you will be able to figure out your problems and solutions to it.
  • reading text and magazines also help me relax my body and mind because it keeps me focus on the text or magazine am reading as well making me stay in one position.
  • exercise as I stated above doesn't only keeps you fit and healthy, it also helps relax the body and mind, I am a testimony to that because anytime am done with exercise I feel relax and free, that is to say it also relaxes the body and mind
  • Eating good and healthy diet, I know some will be wondering how this Keeps the body relax but wait let me explain to you, if you noticed when you are hungry you usually feel tire and restless because the worm inside your stomach is hungry as well but after you might have taken something good into the stomach you will now feel alright and okay, and also when you eats bad or spoilt food it will cause you running stomach and sometimes illness, so that is to say good food helps relax our body.
  • Drinking enough water also keeps your body relax, such as it keeps you hydrated and also improves and boost your immune system
  • last but no the least is praying to God for guidance and protection because most issues and restless day are not ordinary and it only by God grace that we can overcome and conquer this spiritual power fighting us.

The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

The following are pains I felt..

  • I usually have body pain and headache whenever I have sleepless night and insufficient sleep
  • tiredness after exercise and sports
  • running and inching stomach when I have not eating or when I eat something the stomach did not accept like spoilt and unhealthy food
  • feeling thirsty when I have not drinked water for long time
  • feeling restless and uncomfortable when I did not relax my body very well.
    Also at the journey to achieve good health there are some pains and tire tiredness you might felt which are ...
  • injuries during sports and exercise
  • body pain caused by too much exercise
  • challenges and issues from neighborhood who are not neat and do not value healthy living
  • the background and lifestyle of the place you are living might also cause you pain and tiredness
  • ignorance of neighborhoods to provide something helpful to the environment and surrounding where you are living.
  • improper disposal of refuse and waste may be an obstacle to elevate the healthy condition of the place you staying

write one paragraph about what you’ve discovered about your day and your health, and if there is anything you need to change to live a healthy life.

Where am living now I noticed that they are alot of mosquitoes and insects disturbing the neighborhood, which I know the cause may be the improper disposal of refuse and also the stagnant waters on the road, which everyone have show less concern to stop it, I believe if they cooperate with each to stop this stagnant waters and improper disposal of waste because this insects and mosquitoes are causing a lot of sickness and illness in our homes and environments
