The Diary Game and Your Health |how I spend my day|
Hello everyone, warmest greetings and happy new month to you all, how are you all doing today? I hope you are all fine and healthy as well as looking forward to enjoy this lovely and beautiful new month of November, I remain your colleague and friend @john247 from #Nigeria it's always my pleasure having you all in my blog and this week am so delighted and glad to participate in the Week #39 of this amazing and healthy contest titled; The Diary Game and Your Health organized by @aaliarubab here in #Healthy-Steem.
It obvious that most of us underestimate our health and well being which is the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being of our body and even paying less attention to it due to the daily activities and lifestyle we involved and engage our self into, Indeed good health is very essential and vital in our daily life's such that it contributes a lot day to day activities and as well provides our body system with comfort so we have to take proper good care of our body.
My week #39 diary and health all started on Wednesday 29 October which I woke up very tired and restless immediately I said a short prayer before brushing my teeth, took my bath, warm the over night rice eat it as breakfast then started preparing for work, since I was already late.
When I got to work I started having some unusual feeling which happens to be the result of late and insufficient sleep I had last night when I was busy operating my phone and watching some reels on Instagram, not minding I will go to work the next day, despite the feeling I still have to compose and make my self free and happy assive am okay.

When closed from work around 2pm I sharply rush home take my bath before eating by then food was already available that's the one my elder sister prepared before she left to work, after eating I decided to have rest a while so that the food will digest proper which I ended falling asleep in the process of rest which I know all this was from the cause late sleeping I had last night.

I later woke up some almost quarter pass 3three i have to prepare lunch by then I have gain my strength back after that I decided to go clean up my environment by and make it clean by removing and weeding the trimming and cutting flowers in my surroundings to make it look good and attractive, which was eventually successful and I managed to accomplish and achieve my goals in keeping my environment healthier and clean.

Before I finished the trimming of the flowers it almost getting dark so I just have to wash my body one more time before taking dinner then goes to bed early so that what happened earlier will not repeat it self.
In closure, write one paragraph about what you’ve discovered about your day and your health, and if there is anything you need to change to live a healthy life.
I discovered that I normally get tired and weak every morning which I just came to realize that the cause is insufficient sleeping time invoke up myself in such a that the in was suppose to sleeping I will operating my phone up till midday at times close to the next morning and the worst part is that I don't sleep I the afternoon because I go to work, since I realized this I stop sleeping late as well as having a good sleep.
