"How is your mental health?"
🤯 Do you have or have you had any of these diseases anxiety depression or bipolarity? How did you find out?
I do have and I have not had any of these diseases anxiety depression or bipolarity before. Although I have experienced something similar to these before at the time my mood suddenly changed when I heard about the death of someone close to me.
Bipolarity is known as a chronic mood disorder that causes intense shifts in mood, behavior, and energy levels the main sign of this disease is manic episodes. However, I think my grandmother has had this disease before because she is someone whose mood changes easily and she is used to getting depressed.
🤯 What method do you use to calm anxiety since it is an illness that makes us overthink too much, how do you manage to channel those thoughts?
I am not the kind of person who usually allows anxiety or overthinking to weigh her down. Whenever I feel I am been carry away by overthinking or anxiety is just for me to go out and associate with people so I can smile. I do avoid isolating myself or staying indoors alone because doing so can make me feel more depressed which I do avoid.
I usually calm down and manage to channel my thoughts by associating with people, going out to public places, listening to music, eating good food, and engaging myself in activities that I always enjoy doing.
🤯 Depression and bipolar disorder are silent diseases that we only realize when we see mood changes. Do you think they should be treated psychiatrically and take medication or is there a natural way to do it?
No, I don't think they should be treated psychiatrically and take medication because it is something that does happen once in a while and it is a disease that needs the attention of someone to be physically present to speak good words to the affected person.
The natural way to do it is to be around the affected person always to encourage him or her with good and motivational quotes (words). Most people get into depression because they have no one to talk to them, which is caused by isolation, and the best natural way to do it is by associating with people.
🤯 Do you think that staying active, whether it's working or doing any activity, helps or keeps you away from these diseases?
Yes, I think that staying active, whether it's working out or doing any activity, helps to keep me away from these diseases. If I am lonely at home doing nothing I usually feel depressed and sad about myself, but if I am busy doing something it carries my mind away from being depressed as my attention and mind would be more focused on the work I am doing than any other things. This means it is good to get ourselves engaged in any activity that can help to keep us away from these diseases.
