I love Grapes: Red, green or purple. In reality, fruits are rich sources of vitamins and must be consumed. Although there is currently a campaign that says that because they are sweet they become sugar that is harmful to the body. I don't think so since it is a natural and unprocessed sugar and it dissolves quickly in the body. What does the most damage is the white sugar that we consume in juices and that does damage all the vitamin potential of the fruit. You should always eat them raw, which is best, and if you consume them in juices, do not add sugar. Thank you for sharing your diary with this community.
