Thank you, Steemit team, for this opportunity that I can share my application for the Steemit learning challenge. It's the first time that I am going to participate in an engagement challenge application because I think I should share my medical knowledge here in season 21.

The subject area want to cover

One of the very important topics which has been circulating so much that I have seen a list of patients who don't know what kind of bone pain needs treatment and how we should take any supplements for example calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D and most of the patient at home they are trying to self cure so there misleading using the supplements and ultimately lead to kidney stone.

My main aim in participating and taking part in this application is I want to make people aware. I want to give them a proper knowledge of what kind of pain needs urgent treatment, what important tests must be done before taking any kind of supplements, and what age you need which type of supplement.

Details of their experience in the subject area be it professional or hobbyist

I want to give a little bit of an introduction. My name is Dr Iqra Rana, and I have an MBBS from abroad. After that, I cleared my license exam. Now, I am working as a medical specialist in one of the best hospitals in Pakistan, Mayo Hospital.

I'll see a lot of patients in a day, so I will sum up the most common mistakes and most common diseases which we are suffering, and I will enlist some of these topics and will try to cover them thoroughly.

I wanted to make sure that the people have basic knowledge about bone pain, how they would start the supplementary, and how at home it is easy to know what kind of pain they're suffering from.

I have experience in rheumatology, paediatrics, gynaecology and general surgery. I have got my experience in anaesthesia, too. I joined Steemit in 2021, and I always try to share quality content, especially related to my field, so that I can guide users about their mental and physical health.

Weekly Lessons

Week 1 Challenge

Lower Back Pain	Monthly, everybody should know what the causes are, the important diagnostics and how we would treat them at the hospital or home. I would ask users to share any clinical case related to lower back pain and then they observe changes after medication.

Week 2 Challenge

Osteoarthritis	The second most important topic is osteoarthritis. How would we differentiate between osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis? What is the classical feature of osteoarthritis? I will give home tasks to users to share any clinical case they have seen.

Week 3 Challenge

Rheumatoid arthritis	Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common point disorders classical Diagnostic criteria and lab investigation is important and if left and untreated what are the complications

Evaluation

• I will evaluate the posts of users thoroughly and give them grades based on their post quality.
• I will use a review format and try to review posts before 24 hours.
• Follow all the Steemit rules and guidelines, and teach them if they add anything wrong according to the lesson.
