"Ear Diseases"
What do you know about ear disease?
The ear has several types of diseases, there are diseases that are in the outer ear and there are also diseases that are in the inner ear, but each disease will certainly have an uncomfortable impact on us.
Diseases in the outer ear are usually not too severe and we can usually treat them at home, but ear diseases that are in the inner ear are usually the ones that get worse and we have to go to the doctor to treat them.
And if we feel something hurts in our ears, we should go to the doctor immediately because the ear is a hearing sense that we must always take good care of.
Have you ever had a health problem related to the ear?
I used to have a problem with my ear health that made the inside of my ear hurt and sometimes it was also watery, this of course made me feel uncomfortable and I immediately went to the doctor to check it.
It turned out that after being checked by an Ear specialist, my eardrum was the problem and was immediately treated, as far as I remember there were 3 types of drugs given to me by the doctor, two drugs that had to be inserted into the ear and also one more type of drug to be taken orally.
I also once experienced pain in my outer ear in the form of a lump like a pimple, but after the lump opened my ear immediately recovered and I only treated it at home.
How can we treat and prevent ear infections effectively?
The first and most effective thing we should do is go to the Doctor, but if we haven't had the opportunity to go to the Doctor we can treat it ourselves at home to prevent the infection, here are some things we should do:
Put a warm towel on the infected ear
Take paracetamol to relieve pain
Use ear drops containing antibiotics
If the infection is caused by fungus then use antifungal drugs
Use decongestants to relieve blocked ears
This is my entry for the Contest: Ear Diseases organized by my brother @afzalqamar, I would also like to invite @ulfatulrahmah, @dekki and also my sister @ninapenda to participate together in this contest.
