Back pain is a disease that almost everyone has experienced, be it children, adults or even the elderly. What makes back pain often felt by many people is because the causes that can make our backs hurt are very frequent, not many people even realize that their routine will make them experience back pain.

One of the things that many people often do so that they experience back pain is lifting weights that are too heavy, especially if the weight is a type of weight that moves, apart from that, making jerking movements can also cause back pain.

If we don't feel back pain yet, it's best to avoid doing the things above so that our back remains healthy.

For those who already suffer from back pain, it is best to get treatment immediately so that their activities can run smoothly again. Here are several things you can do to help manage and relieve back pain:

  • Consult a doctor

The first thing that people who experience back pain should do is consult and check with a doctor before doing many other things which I will mention below, because everyone has different causes and needs different medication too, so the most appropriate thing to do is check. see a doctor first.

  • Taking pain relievers

Just like many diseases in general that have pain, back pain sufferers are also advised to take pain relievers so that their back pain can be reduced.

  • Doing physical therapy

Physical therapy is very good for people who experience back pain, because with a few tips suggested by doctors physical therapy will make back pain heal faster.

  • Must remain active

Usually people who suffer from back pain prefer to rest and not move much, but what is better for people with back pain is to keep moving and do light exercise such as walking to make the recovery process smoother.

  • Improve your sleeping position

For people who experience back pain, please sleep on your back and put a pillow under your knees to reduce pressure on your back while sleeping.
