Greetings!

Hope you are doing well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I am here to share my healthy diary game with all of you and I hope you guys will like it so much. Because I think my diary game is so amazing and I am enjoying my life very much. Because taking of health is a basic part of our life and I am taking care of my health. i would like to invite @waqarahmadshah, @azmulhaque, @arcayart,@jozzie90 and @aviral123.

My Diet

I am so strict about my diet because my nutritionist is so strict because I am losing weight nowadays, so I have to follow my nutritionist. In my diet first I got up early in the morning. I used the boiled water and then I went out for a walk. When I came back to the hostel I ate breakfast. Mostly I use fruit for breakfast but sometimes I use bread with egg when I don't feel like eating fruit. At lunch time ate a salad of onion, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, and cabbage. Nowadays grapes are in the market so when I come back from the office I buy the grapes or bananas for the morning. In the evening, I don't like to eat dinner. Simply when I come back from the gym to the hostel after 1 hour I like to eat a banana or dates. As we know the date is a complete nutrition for the human body.

The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

I have taken a lot of medicines in the past years but I am not a routine user of medicine. I have taken vitamins as needed. As we know vitamin C isn't stored in our body so the deficiency of vitamin C helps to improve the immune system. In my childhood, suddenly my immune system was weak so I lost my energy then my parents visited me at the doctor and the doctor advised me to take Hight C-1000 and some other tablets after check. The doctor told me to eat those things that have vitamin C like carrots, oranges, etc.

I used this medicine for almost one week and then I took care of my health and I used those things which have vitamin C. After taking this, my immune system has been strong and no more I have to go to the doctor for deficiency of vitamin C. Nowadays still, I take medicine when I got fever. I know the medicines have side effects but in disease, we have to use the medicine for curing.

The water you drank

As I described above I always try my best to use boiled water in the morning but due to issues, I have to use normal water. Water is God's gift for human life on the earth. Water is really very important for humans. Life is impossible without water so we should use clean and pure water. In the morning, when I had time I boiled water and then strained the water with the strainer. And in our office, we use mineral water.

I was a little bit healthy but since last year my increased but I haven't felt. Almost one month ago, I went to the medical store where I weighed my weight and I was shocked to see my weight. Then I decided to join the gym to lose weight because of belly fat I can't work in the architectural field. My teacher always said to us that there is no place in this field for fatty people so I joined the gym almost 25 days ago and now my routine is very good. Now when I come back from the office to my hostel I just rest for 1 hour and then I change my dress and go to the gym. The gym is 2 kilometers from the hostel. I don't use any transport. During the journey, I ran slowly and when I reached the gym I warmed up and then I started my gym with normal cardio. After the gym, when I came back I ran slowly again. When I reached the hostel I took a rest for 30 minutes and then I bathed in cold water. Cold water relaxes my body.

What you did to relax

Sometimes I watch YouTube videos because I am new in the gym so I have to watch videos. I have subscribed to Yatinder Singh who has a YouTube channel about gym. He is a great bodybuilder and I think he belongs to India. I don't want to be a bodybuilder but I want to maintain my body and lose weight so that I follow him for maintaining my body achievements and my mistakes. I gained the courage to work out after watching his videos.

I am his fan so I follow him. When I work out I follow him. I learned a lot of things in the gym. He is a good teacher for beginners in the gym. Besides this, sometimes I watch TikTok videos to relax my mind. Different types of content are available on TikTok. I have always been fond of watching poetry videos. Besides this, when I offered prayers I felt fresh. My fatigue and tiredness went away.

Pain or Tiredness I Felt

Currently, I am going to the gym so that when I come back to the hostel after gym I feel tired. So I lay down for 30 minutes and then I took a shower with cold water. Cold water relaxes my body and my mind.

I spend almost 8 hours in the office and you suppose that 8 hours working tired me so much Then after some rest went to the gym and a gym workout is so hard. My schedule is so tough but I always thank God because God gave me the courage and I am performing my all activities in a great manner.

Es cierto que para mejorar la salud debemos crear hábitos saludables que bueno que te hayas inscrito en el gimnasio eso es realmente bueno para la salud y sobre todo te ayudará a mantener tu peso ideal para estar saludable.

Hacer cosas que nos relajen o nos hagan sentir diversión es muy bueno para la salud mental, y más si ves videos de actividades que te gusten, eso te mantendrá motivado.
