Hi steemians!

Hope you all will be fine by the grace of Allah. I am glad to be a part of this week's challenge number 5 in season number 11. This topic is an amazing because i have a lot of knowledge about this topic and i can describe very well. The topic name is "Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health". I would like to invite my steemian friends @zaibb, @shabbir86, @alihussain07 and @zadinka etc.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Food is really very important part of our life. If we want to stay healthy we should intake healthy food. But if we don't intake healthy food then we have to face health related problems. Everyone has his own habits about to stay healthy. A lot of people have different diet plans to improve and stay healthy for the better performance of body. As we know that if we intake healthy food then we will get good energy but if we intake spoil food then we will have to suffer some disease. If we want to stay healthy so we should intake food healthy. Now i will discuss my routine:

Breakfast

First of all, i used to get up early in the morning and went to mosque for prayer. After prayer sometime i used to recite Holy Quran. After this i went outside for walk. When i go outside for walk so i feel fresh to enjoy morning air. when the fresh air passes through our body then we feel pleasure. I excercise regularly almost 1 hours. I just walk on the grass. After this i come back at my hostel and then i used to eat breakfast. Usually, i eat omelette and pratha. As you can see the image.

Lunch

At the lunch time, i used to eat bread with different vegetable's curry. I always fond to eat salad and raita when we eat lunch. When i eat lunch then i avail at office where i can't little walk but i try to walk slowly slowly in the office because I do my best to digest my food before sitting down again. My work is an architectural designing so i have to work at computer system and when we work at computer we have to sit on the seat.

Dinner

In the dinner, i always try to eat some fruits because in the evening we sleep and when we sleep our digestive system is slow and when our digestive system will then we should use to eat light food. But sometime my friends insists me to eat with them then we went to restaurant where we ordered pizza or burgers. I know that pizza and burgers are the fast food and these things are not good and healthy food for our body. But they planned this treat almost one time in one month. But when i use to eat fast food then we have to spend extra time in the gym.

I can improve my diet by using without oily bread and omelets. Except this, we should refused to our friends that we shouldn't go to restaurant for eating fast food. Fast food is the enemy of our body. It reduce the performance of our body. If we want to stay healthy we should intake meal healthy.

What is your sleep pattern and how can you improve it?

My whole day schedule is really very tough so that i always free for sleep almost at 12 am in the evening. And i always get up early in the morning almost 6 am. I know that six hours of sleep is too little for my health. But i am trying my best sleep early but time is too short and activities are so much. I have to work on steemit regularly and i also have to work on my youtube channel. Besides this, i go to my training center and after training center i went to the office where i am an architectural designer. I come back at hostel almost at 7 pm o'clock and then i change my dress and then i went out for gym. Soon, i go back at my home then i arrange my own office then i will sleep early and my all activities will be done on the time. I always feel that my body want to sleep almost 7 to 8 hours in one day. But now i am trying my best to sum up my all activities at time and then i will sleep early and then i will sleep 7 to 8 hours.

What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

As i described above that i go outside for walk in morning and i exercise there. But in my routine, almost 7:30 pm o'clock i went to gym where i divide my workout according to my body. As like Monday (shoulder), Tuesday (Abs), Wednesday (chest), Thursday (Arms), Friday (Rest), Saturday (Cardio), Sunday (Biceps and Triceps). As we know that gym or workout is the most important part of our life. When i done my workout at gym i feel weightless and happy. Workout is my weakness when i don't workout then i feel tired. Gym time is my favourite time of whole day schedule. When i am going to gym then i am in jogging and when i reached at gym that time i totally warmed up.

What do you do to stay mentally fit?
As i described above that i get up early in the morning and went to mosque. When i offer the fajr prayer and recite the Holy Quran. It helps to stay healthy my mind and whole body. Besides this, in my routine workout is necessary so that i never feel tiredness of my mind. Morning walk and offering prayers are the most important things for to stay mentally fit.

My parents always talk about our religion with me and my brother and sisters. They always advised me to offer prayers and reciting the Holy Quran. They always say that if you will recite the Holy Quran daily then your mind will increase and you will done your activities properly. Our prayers reduce the anxiety, depression and also improve my mental well-being. We know that physically fitness benefits to our mental fitness.
