Happy new month everyone in this community,trust you all are doing good.
Iam blessed to participate in this Engagement Challenge "The Science of Aging contest which is organized by the Healthy Steem.

What is the medical process behind aging and from what age does it actually begin?

Aging: is a normal change that begins in adulthood, during this age many functions of the body of the individual begins to decrease little by little, as time goes by and certain virtues are lost as a result of it,it means becoming old or older; showing signs of growing old

Aging is impossible to avoid process that affects individuals on earth,it starts from the moment we were born. The medical process behind aging involves complex interplay of genetic, and environmental, and also lifestyle factors. As we age, our cells gradually accumulate damage and undergo changes that affect their function and also their stability, this also includes inflammation which can contribute to the development of age-related diseases such as heart disease and diabetes

Several way of life factors have been established such as diet, obesity,alcohol consumption,and dirty environment

age 65 has been assign as the beginning of old age.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Am going to be brutal honest "yes am afraid of becoming old.

Challenges of aging that is making me afraid are

  1. life will become boring or stagnant as i grow older,i'll also lose the physical ability to enjoy life, with achy joints, sore muscles, and less mobility as am aging.Am also afraid of cognitive issues, like memory loss or decreased mental sharpness.

2.Muscles – Aging causes you to lose strength and flexibility,not being very strong,Your going out may be affected if you feel weak.

One of the exercise I'll engage myself in so as to maintain a youthful appearance is to start body weight exercises.This exercises includes sit-up,stair climbing and squatting i'll do this because it'll increase metabolism and change my aged posture to that of a youth.

I'll also buy a bicycle I can be riding around my house every morning and this will surely help maintain a healthy weight and improve circulation,all of which can contribute to a more youthful appearances,I'll do jogging,and walking also, better still swimming.

Then the second sport is running, running is cheap and free.The best running for health is running in the morning, while running in the afternoon is good at least for burning fat in the body,running will allow you to enjoy good health and just a while longer!

Hello @glorious1 hope you are having a good day..Thanks for sharing.Aging starts from birth. Feeling scared of getting older is normal. Eating healthy foods like protein, omega 3 fats and vitamin B12 can help. Exercising like biking or jogging keeps you young. Keep taking care of yourself🤗🌸💖🌺.
