Hello friends, Happy start to this post, good day or good day to everyone here on steemit, today I come to participate in this new week of contests in the healthy steem community. The topic is very interesting, Caregivers are important people in the life of everyone who gets sick. Generally, when we get sick, we cannot take care of ourselves on many occasions, but if we have someone willing to take care of us, the illness process will pass faster and better. So, today we will be disscus on this topic.

I have often been the caregiver for my mother and father when they get sick, my mother I have taken care of her when she had a pain of backbone, when she gets sick, me and my brothers care of her and help her to walk and we helped of her to take exercise for leaving this pain. We take care ofher medicine and her food. we gave her a healthy food and fruits for speedily recovery from this pain. She is very strong and she recovers fast.

I have taken care of my brother together with my family, he gots dengue, my mother took care of him more but I took care of my brother when my mother was resting, He is a very calm boy and he let himself get his treatments. And here my mother is a good caregiver for us because she always took care of us and always care of our health and our food. So, i Can't compet my mother as caregiver. She is always best as caregiver for us.

Do you think caring for a sick person should be a team effort or the job of one person?

It is a team effort, in my house there are only 5 people, and when someone gets sick we are still a team, a sick person needs rest and special attention so when one pays attention to food another takes care of the medicines or whatever the patient needs. You have to have clean clothes, healthy food, medicines on time, and for all of that we agree and do everything as a good team, even the sick person is part of the team because they have to do their part to eat and drink medicines and that caregivers do not become so exhausted.

In large families the team is larger but everyone should contribute caring for a sick person, Qualities and a great desire to care for someone so that they recover, qualities are very necessary in all people but when it comes to caring for someone there are many that someone has to have to perform a better job as a caregiver. So, they should need to have all these mentioned qualities.

Be patient, A patient feels many things that can make him irritable and you have to be very patient with them. Empathy, You have to put yourself in the shoes of the sick, no one wants to be sick and it is very ugly to feel bad and depend on others. Show affection, A sick person begins to feel low self-esteem and signs of affection can give them strength to recover. Kindness , If you treat a sick person with kindness, he or she will not feel a burden, so we must be kind.

What advice would you give to a person in this role?

My advice is to strive to do everything willingly, with sincerity, affection and because it truly comes from your heart, when you care for a sick person, the person realizes and the process can be more complicated, and they know that no one wants to be sick and that Just as it happens to that patient.

It can happen to the person who cares for him, so I only recommend that you always follow the instructions of a doctor regarding the illness of the person you care for and that you have a lot of patience, a lot, a lot, because the Sick people have changes in mood and character but it is not their fault, it is the fault of the illness and that everything in this life is a sphere that goes around and in one of those turns we could be the sick.

Being sick is a hard situation that no one wants to go through in life, but being a caregiver is also a very hard job, but if it is done with love and as a team everyone can be well and the sick person can recover much better.
