Hello my friends, let's meet me again i am your very own Faran Nabeel and today am again here to participate in the community contest that is organized by @suboohi for all of us. And in which my contes i.havr to discuss about the muscle pain and it's causes and symptoms. So, let's start writing.
What do you understand by muscular pain?
Muscular pain or myalgia refers to the pain or discomfort in our muscles, often to caused by the overuse, injury, or inflammation in bones. It can be affect any group of muscle and may can range from the mild soreness to severe, debilitating pain. It's mean pain in our bones or muscle. Due to discomfort or less rest we feel pain in muscles.

There are many physical reasons and factors behind this such as, the intense physical activity or overexertion of muscles can lead to strain pain and discomfort.Accidents, falls, or sudden movements can also become a cause of this pain and result in muscle sprains. Our food can also be a cause of it such as we eat foods that are not rich in nutrients so, it may can a cause of the lack of nutrients such as magnesium or potassium who can contribute to muscle cramps and discomfort.
write common symptoms of muscular pain.
There are many common symptoms of muscular pain such as the soreness or tenderness in our body muscles and Stiffness and limited mobility is also the symptom of this. We feel weakness in the affected muscle mostly in our shoulder's muscle. We feel pain that worsens with movement and swelling or bruising in the case of injury are the common symptoms of muscular pain.
Give some remedies to cure muscular pain.
Rest is the first treatment for muscle pain that's allowing our muscle to recover and it is essential to prevent from further strain. And some other physical therapy treatments such as Ice or Heat Therapy is also the solution of this pain and we can apply ice in the first hours of pain to reduce the inflammation and afterward we can use heat to relax our muscles and improve circulation.
Some medicine are also helpful for the relaxation in our muscles. A gentle massage can reduce the tension and can promote the healing. So, massage is one of the best solution for this.
