Contest - Dental Care

Hello Friends, Meet me again i am your very own Faran Nabeel and today am again back on healthy steem community. I hope all of you fine and all of you happy. I am also fine and happy by the grace of Allah. Today am here to participating in the healthy steem community contest that is organized by khursheed anwar.

From the contest theme i have to discuss about my dental care and how i care my teeths and how i clean it. To care about our teeth is a normal part of our daily routine because for a healthy teeths we have need to caring him and keep it clean and wash. So, my dear friend i brushed my teeth twice in a day with using tooth paste and i also brush my teeth after eating anything because it is very important to clean up it.

I used soft brush and good quality toothpaste for cleaning my teeth and i always take advices from my dentist. If i feel any pain in my teeth i quickly contact with the specialist or dentist and take medicine for it and always caring about my teeths and always keep it clean and white because they make our smile more beautiful, hahaha....
