Dear diary💐📝

I haven't written about myself for a while now; I have been going through a lot from one sickness to another. I felt so down and weak, but at least I got some energy today. Let's dive in and see how today goes 👇.

Morning🌄 Session

I began today with a weak body and strength with a little sense of relief and gratitude. However, After battling typhoid and malaria, I finally finished my medication. The morning sun shines through my window, bringing warm weather to the environment. I stood up to begin my morning activities, which included sweeping, cleaning, washing, brushing my teeth, and lasting. I Did some home workout exercises, such as pressup and weight lifting, etc. After that, I took my bath; it was followed by breakfast, which was a simple meal of tea, bread, and a fried egg, which was prepared by my mum.

As I ate, the memories of the past few days reflected. The illness had been a tough one, but it also made me appreciate the small joys of life, and I love the warm breakfast I am for the start of a new day. After breakfast, I took my blood tonic, HB12, and Cyprivite, feeling hopeful that these would help restore my strength.

I later decided to take it easy on myself. I led down and spent some time reading a book, letting the words and interesting parts of the transport me to another world, making me forget my situation at that moment.

It was a peaceful way to start the day, allowing my body to rest and recover. I also took a moment to pray, thanking God for the healing and asking for continued strength.

Afternoon🏜️ Session

The afternoon came with more energy in my body. I felt a bit more like myself, and it was a good feeling. For lunch, rice and stew were prepared, a sweet, hearty meal that reminded me of how it is to eat home-cooked food.

I poured myself a malt drink; it was sweet and rich in flavor, a perfect combination of rice and stew.

After lunch, I decided to visit a friend. It was nice to get out of the house and catch up a bit so as not to feel bored. We talked about many things, and it felt good to be around someone who cared. The visit lifted my spirits and made me feel more connected and visible to people outside my home. On my way back home, I felt more strength in me, and I was so happy.

Evening 🌆 Session

As evening approached, I felt a sense of accomplishment. It had been a good day, filled with small victories and moments of joy. For dinner, afang soup was made.

It was a delicious and nutritious meal that always reminded me of the reason to leave. I added some fruits to my dinner to balance the nutritional facts of the food. The natural sweetness of those fruit was a perfect end to my day.

Before bed, I took my blood tonic and Cyprivite again, knowing that they were helping me regain my strength. I said a prayer of thanks, feeling a deep sense of peace. As I lay down to sleep, I felt hopeful for the days ahead.

Today has been a reminder that recovery is a journey; it takes some time before we recover from an ill body. And I've also learned that each day brings new opportunities for healing and growth in our daily lifestyle.
