It really true bro,bad habits include drinking, cutting nail with teeth and so on and it's can be difficult to quit this behavior becsuse of environment, friends and the feelings of anxiety. In other to quit bad habits, we need self-awareness, self-control, and a commitment to change, as well as strategies like avoiding triggers and seeking support.
And we can support someone who is trying to quit a bad habits by listening to them, offering encouragement, and being patient and understanding instead of being judgemental.Your post is unique, best luck bro .
