My face's skin condition is oily to the point that I have to wipe my face, neck and even parts of my shoulder near my neck to remove the excessive oily build-up. But I use tissue paper with Ethyl alcohol so that I can clean my face better to avoid irritations that could lead to acne and related skin infections and I have to use Ethyl alcohol specifically because it is much safer compared to crude-oil based isopropyl alcohol which might cause more harm than good considering that I use alcohol many times to basically clean my face most especially because its oily all the time.
The Ethyl alcohol that I use comes from Sugarcane which is why it is not relatively harmful and even though it has a 70% Ethyl alcohol, it doesn't dry my skin bit it just effectively sterilizes it when I use it. I also recommend using Ethyl alcohol rubbing alcohol for aforementioned reasons so that we can maintain our skin for being less susceptible for infections because in m opinion if our skin or face is prone to acne, we can not do anything about it but just to make it clean all the time.
Avoiding causative things for acne like food and allergens might work only if you suspect or have a personal experience that such things causes acne, so only omitting such factors can be effective if it were so. However it is always to keep our body and the place that we live or stay clean so that we can have a preventative approach to this common skin condition especially that young adults who are undergoing raging hormonal changes because they are the ones that usually manifests acne problems to prevent scarring and other permanent skin scarring and such.
Goodluck for all the contestants!😀👍
