Greetings to all friends , I hope you all are fine and going well. Today i am here to participate in a very important topic and the contest Back Pain organised by @suboohi mam. and I will try my best to explain according to my knowledge.

Before giving some suggestions to help manage and alleviate back pain, I would like to share the causes and symptoms of back pain. At some stage of life, back pain is common, especially in the neck and lower back. The most common causes of back pain are as follows:

  • Wrong sitting pattern
  • Improper sleeping pattern
  • Lifting weights
  • Carelessness during work
  • Long journeys

The biggest reason for back pain is the lack of healthy foods in our diet. These causes lead to non-specific back pain, which is not serious and can be treated easily.

Symptoms of Back Pain

If you experience the following symptoms, you should immediately understand that there is something in your routine causing you back pain:

  • Muscle spasm
  • Stiffness in your lower back
  • Difficulty in sitting up
  • Disturbed sleep

Treatment of Back Pain

We divide back pain into two stages. The first stage is if your pain has lasted less than a few weeks or three months. This is the stage in which 85% of people have back pain. It is cured by taking simple painkillers. And Include healthy foods in your diet, such as fruits, fresh juices, and dairy products.

Precautions and Measures

To cure back pain, you should:

  • Stop lifting weights immediately
  • Avoid bending down
  • Sit upright
  • Adjust your car seat to maintain a straight lower back and neck
  • Apply simple gels to get comfort
  • Hot massage to relax muscles
  • Exercise regularly, including physiotherapy, yoga, and simple exercises
Stage Two: Persistent Back Pain

If your back pain persists, contact an orthopedic surgeon for further examination and treatment. An x-ray or MRI scan may be required to determine the cause of back pain. If the problem is not resolved, intervention such as injections or surgery may be necessary. However, only 5 out of 100 patients with back pain will need an operation.

As I mentioned above Back pain can be treated easily with simple precautions and measures. If you experience persistent back pain, consult an orthopedic surgeon for further treatment. Remember, only 5 out of 100 patients with back pain will need an operation, and with the latest technology, the operation is very safe.
