Health is indeed important, all humans want health until their old age with the aim that they can do more things without any restrictions, as we know that there are many sick people who are given restrictions on not eating this, not being able to eat that, not being able to move. more even though we as living creatures want all that.
A healthy lifestyle is the way we live to combine our daily habits with lifestyle choices that can support our physical health, mental health and emotional health. Three health conditions that if we can control them well, we will have a naturally healthy life in accordance with our lifestyle, especially daily health which in fact constitutes our routine activities, for example activities that we can do starting from waking up in the morning, then continuing with praying ( prayer) do small amounts of exercise, such as walking around the area around our house, jogging or jogging, followed by breakfast. In the beginning it is difficult, it is difficult to start from this activity, it is difficult to move, it is difficult to adapt to activities that have just started, but if we do it regularly we will get a very extraordinary impact that will make a healthy life before our eyes.

From the photo above, we can also start small by doing the gym regularly every three weeks, this activity can provide good fitness in terms of heart health, building muscles, maintaining healthy bones, maintaining healthy skin, maintaining weight, preventing depression and reducing the risk of getting sick or increasing endurance and many other benefits.
The next way is to consume vegetables and fruit. Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and high fiber which have nutrients suitable for body health. If we eat more or consume more vegetables and fruit, that is where our body will become fit, healthy and can guarantee our healthy life for a long time or until we are old. What we can see is that almost every elderly parent has an illness, this is all caused when they were young because they didn't take care of their body health, rarely exercised, rarely consumed healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables.
And finally, the way to maintain health is by eating regularly, sleeping on time and according to our body's rest needs.
