"Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health"

Hello, my great steemian friends! I welcome you all to my blog today. I am very happy today because you saw my post. Furthermore, I hope you are doing well. In this article, I will partake in this week's Steemit engagement challenge, season eleven, and week five.

The challenge would be in the healthy steem community that is here, and the title of the challenge is "The Four Main Factors of Health". Health is wealth, and also health is also a very good thing. When one is healthy, the rest of everything one wants can easily be acquired.

For this challenge, I want to write a paragraph on each of these four elements given by the great team of this community below, but before I proceed, I quickly invite @juichi, @iriwandedy, and @chiabertrand to join me as I take part in this contest.


What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

I eat lots of fruits and also the six classes of food to make me very healthy. I also do not eat spoiled foods to stay healthy. I avoid eating undone and unripe fruits, as this would make me unhealthy. Water is also very important, as I drink a lot of it to stay healthy.

In improving my diet, this also includes improving my income because it also requires money to get fruits and foods that suit the body for good health—not just money but a lot of it.


What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

I sleep late, but if balanced, I would adjust, as this is one of the ways to improve my sleeping pattern. I made sure to take my siesta each and every day and also made sure to sleep facing the bed or on either of my hands, which are beveled.


What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

Every week and about 4 days inside, I exercise. I would wake up by 5:00 a.m. and run through my street. I would also do some push-ups to stay healthy. If I have more time, I need to do more so that I will never be unhealthy again.


What do you do for mental fitness?

I read once in a while and also pay close attention to people talking, as this would boost my IQ, while thinking along with their discussion and also thinking about it to bring out meaningful suggestions, whether outspoken or within me.

Playing games helps in this aspect as it increases one's mental fitness as one thinks before playing so as not to lose. I also drink yogurt and a lot of milk, as this boosts the mental fitness of anyone.

I agree with you friends for keeping ourself healthy we should eat a lot of fruits but I want to add one thing in it that vegetables are also very important for maintain a healthy life and I am happy about your getting up time in morning which is 5:00 a.m. and it is really a good time and at that time running is also good
