What do you know about acne scars? When they occurs?

I have an idea about acne, I got acne on my face when I was 18 to 19 years old. Acne spoils the beauty of people's faces. Acne causes pores on the face, but these pores are completely shallow and treatable. Due to acne, it spreads to the surrounding tissue and causes unexpected scars. When I got pimples, my mouth was very itchy and I used to press my hands on my face repeatedly. Although this is not the right way for acne. When I got acne, our financial situation was not so good, it was not possible for me to use anything on my face. Every person has a certain time when acne occurs on the face and decreases with age. Mine has also decreased. Many people suffer from depression due to acne. There are different types of acne, small, medium and large types of acne. Small pimples get better after a light discharge of pus. Moderate and severe acne causes reddened skin on the face, and many acne scars last a lifetime.

Have you ever experienced acne scars? How did it affect confidence and self-esteem?

I have experienced acne scars, acne scars can affect confidence and self-esteem enough. Which makes you feel ashamed to your friends and neighbors. Although it is a natural. It happens due to natural causes. Some have more and some have less. But in this case, even if someone does not say anything directly, I feel bad for myself. It feels bad to go to an event with a pimple on your face. Confidence and self-esteem are the greatest assets a person has in life. So, acne is somewhat disturbing in many cases.

What are some effective ways to reduce or treat acne scars?

For example: Azelaic acid or Hydroxylic acid helps to heal acne scars. Sometimes acne is caused by genetics. To remove facial acne at home, the face should always be kept clean. Daily use of a comedogenic moisturizer keeps the face moisturized without clogging acne scars. Stay away from sunlight, as sunlight will turn acne scars from red to black. Ingredients that play a significant role in acne are: Aloe Vera: Helps heal skin inflammation. Honey: Contains antibacterial antibacterial properties that accelerate skin healing. Coconut oil, vinegar, and lemon help treat and heal acne scars.

Do you think acne scars should be embraced as part of self-acceptance, or should people focus on treatments? Why?

Acne on human face is a screen related problem, I think it should be treated according to the type of acne. However, most people try to treat acne at home. Go to the drug store and ask for oral acne medicine or cream. When I got acne, I didn't use any medicine or cream. My wife has acne on her face, I didn't buy any medicine, after a few days the acne pus came out and it got better. However, if you have large facial acne, you should consult a doctor. Otherwise, the beauty of the face will be lost and the face will become hollow.
