Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @khursheedanwar all time my favourite topic "Eye care" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Eyes are an important part of our body, which we take care of and we should do so. Because with these eyes we see the beauty of the world created by God. If there are eyes, the world looks colorful. Otherwise, everything is dark.
From childhood, we should work to keep our eyes healthy. We tell children to watch TV at a certain distance, so that the eyes are not affected adversely. Nowadays, children still spend more time on mobile, stay away from TV, but many children have the habit of watching TV from very close, standing there and watching. Similarly, we should also keep the brightness of the mobile screen very medium. Otherwise, it directly affects our eyesight.

Mobile use has become a part of our daily routine nowadays. When I work on estimates for a long time or use the phone, I start seeing blurred and my eyes hurt a lot, so I put the phone down and wash my eyes with cold water. Some time back, my eyes were in a lot of pain, so I ordered eye drops and I used them regularly, then I felt a lot of relief.
Keeping a wet cloth on the eyes also gives relief when your eyes are burning. To improve the eyesight of children, we used to burn camphor and take out kajal from it in a spoon. It is said that this improves eyesight.
Sometimes when there is a lot of pain or burning in the eyes, I close my eyes and put ice on them or wash them with ice water, then I feel much better.
Once I had a lot of pain in my eyes, so my father's friend told me to heat a spoon and put a little ghee on it, when it gets hot, keep it in it for a few seconds to cool down and then put the ghee in the eyes with my finger like kajal. They will feel a lot of relief from the ghee and I tell you the truth, this remedy is effective.
I used it many times and applied it on my children too. Because I use mobile and also have to teach the children, I felt that my near vision has become weak, so I consulted a doctor and got a pair of glasses made for myself, so whenever I have to study or work, I definitely wear glasses so that my eyesight is not negatively affected and I do not face any problem.
If you do not get relief even after all these home remedies, then you should not delay in consulting a doctor.
Eating almonds, beetroot, almonds and all these also improves eyesight. Green vegetables should be eaten, I definitely consume them. Because if the body is healthy then everything is healthy, eyes are an important part of our life.
