Health is very important and very necessary for every person to live a good life. If your health is not well then you will be going through many challenges of life, you will not able to work or earn. Moreover, it can give you a very tough time, you will also go through economical problem by spending your money on doctors appointments, tests and medicines. So, it is very important to look after oneself health very importantly and firstly. A better diet and exercise is very good, further, drinking more water to be hydrated and to control blood glucose level.

Nowadays, every third person is having colon problem. I have also experienced colon problem and also have seen many people having this problem, our family members are also having this problem. It is due to not taking care of your health and eating everything and in wrong time. Pain in the abdominal is the main problem; vomiting, diarrhea and constipation are main symptoms.

Say No to junk food and oily food, oil is the main reason behind to stomach problems. Eating fresh food, fruits and cooking food in olive oil with small quantity or cooking it without oil.

GINGER AND CUMIN

Ginger and Cumin are very good for stomach and colon pain. Cumin helps to digest the food and Ginger boost the work of stomach; it regulates the working potential of stomach. When my stomach and colon are swelling; I eat spoonful of dry ginger powder and after 2 hours I eat food.

The best exercise for stomach and colon is crunches and also you can try yoga to stay fit.

Colon is the digestive system part where waste material is stored and removed from. It is important to have a healthy colon; you will get rid of major problems and diseases. Your body will absorb nutrients and minerals from the colon. The major diseases associated with colon is cancer, diarrhea and constipation; your body will not work efficiently and you will be suffering from severe pain.

Yes water is playing very good role to maintain digestion but according to me after 1 hour of lunch or breakfast, we should drink water so food can be digest easily and we can save from constipation.
