Hello readers how are all doing today, hope that all of you will be fine. Best wishes for all of you and best of luck for the contest. Once again another contest organized by @oneray, I really love his contests and always participate in his contests. Today I will post my content about the contest organized; and will suggest and answer it in my own point of view.

As every one knows health is very important for everyone and they should take care of their health in every situation. According to me, I am living in a hostel and still taking care of my health. The weather in Pakistan, these day it's very hot and every one is persuading the hot temperature but I saw people whom are making it an opportunity by exercising and taking care of their health, moreover, the sweating percent is very high these days so they loose fats more easily.

What do you recommend for a good breakfast? Tell us what benefits there are to eating this way.

A healthy breakfast is very necessary for every person to have a healthy life.

There are categories of food, carbohydrates, protein, fats and mineral or vitamins.

  • Carbohydrates are the most needed energy needed by humans body. Carbohydrates intake should be the first priority and should be taken in more amount. it releases energy quickly and broken down easily and fast by the body.

  • Protein; the next energy required by human body, it is good for muscle building and new tissues are made up of proteins.

  • Fats; these are the third and last energy production elements. It should be taken in less amount than proteins, it the most energy releaser foods. Fats helps body against cold weather by storing under skin to stop heat loss. Fats are stored in the body and breakdown when the body need energy.

  • Bananas, Bread, Eggs and Tea or Milk.

These food items contains all the elements mentioned above.

Junk food affect our body very badly. Junk food contains many contents; especially fats and other sauces which is injurious for our health. It causes hart problems and lead to diabetes. Further, it causes obesity and other related problems. e.g. joints problem.

Is it good to eat dinner at night? Tell us why you think this way

  • Yes, it is fine to eat at night time but you should not be eating too much because your body should not be digesting food when you are sleeping. You have to eat food 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Eating too much at night and going to sleep causes heartburn and the body gets weight, sleep is also disturbed*.

Is it better to have two or three meals a day? Explain your answer.

  • I think eating or taking 2 to 3 meals a whole day is fine. The necessary things are fitness and related exercises. In addition, the food should be divided into categories; carbohydrates should be eaten more, then protein and lastly fats. Vitamins and minerals intake is very necessary for the body. Stomach is happy with 30% of food and 100% of water.

Hello my friend, we should priotise our health more than any other thing in this life because health is wealth.
I am happy to hear that you priotise your health by taking good carr of yourself despite the hot weather in Pakistan 🇵🇰 you still find time to exercise your body which is very good.

Eating a balanced diet will make us look refreshed and healthy.

Eating late at night is dangerous to our health, because myself i have had a terrible experience eating late at night, juks food contains calories and sugar which is why we should mind the way we consume them.
