Safe Period Method: Sex is done at certain times of the menstrual cycle when the chances of pregnancy are low.
Withdrawal method: During sexual intercourse, the man removes his penis before ejaculation, so that the semen does not enter the woman's body.
Family planning can save more money for household maintenance and increase employment opportunities. In the case of fewer children, the daily expenses of the family, such as education, health care and other necessary expenses, are reduced. By controlling the timing or number of pregnancies, women can increase their productivity and contribute more to the economy. By planning childbirth, good health and education of the child can be ensured. As a result, educated and healthy children can contribute positively to the country's economy in the future.
