Good day people of steemit in this great community of #healthy_steem today I will be participating on the contest hosted by @khursheedanwar titled contest//headache.

WHAT CAUSE YOU HEADACHE PRIMARILY IN YOUR LIFE.

Headache is a minor phenomenon which we humans must undergo as for me if I walk or work under the sun for a long time it will cause me headaches, if I take heavy load on my head for a long period of time it will cause me headaches. According to my understanding headaches are primarily caused due to over stress or too much labour or fatigue. Generally can be a symptom of a sickness such as malaria, typhoid, fever and the rest of all.

WHAT YOU DO PERSONALLY TO GET RELIEF FROM HEADACHE.

If I feel or notice that I have headache there are many things I do first I drink a cup of water, I rest, then I take paracetamol (pcm) then I go out to exercise myself.
Mostimes I get relief from headache by eating and sleeping. Not just eating anything but eating a balance diet because a balance diet held us to retain and relax our body.
Another thing I do is I take medicine when I am feeling headache.

We can prevent headache by drinking water moderately and consistent, we can prevent headache by taking medication time to time because if we take medication time to time it will fight off the headaches and other sickness trying to hurt or harm us inside. There are other drugs we can take to prevent headache aside from paracetamol these are regular body pain medicine we take they also can cure you off headache. But also we should be mindful of the way we take our drugs that is we should take according to the doctor's prescription and not taking it excess because excessiveness of drugs can awaken another sickness instead of curing.
