Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy today here I am today I will talk about the foods with vitamins and the things we have to do or the foods we have to apply every day. I hope you all will like it. My daily work is to wake up in the morning and cook eggs in front of the children and feed them. Then the kids are calm then I continue to do outdoor activities. I wake up in the morning and do outdoor activities and drink two glasses of water regularly. Water is very beneficial for our health. There is no possibility of getting gastic by drinking water. And mentioning all the benefits of drinking water in the morning

  • It is very important for us to drink enough water at the right time
  • Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning does not cause gastics
  • Drinking water in the morning gets rid of various diseases and prevents water diseases
  • Helps in reducing body weight
  • Drink two to two and a half liters of water daily.
  • If you drink less water, your physical performance may decrease. As a result, you will feel tired less.
  • Drinking company can cause stomach ache and face various problems.

I think we should all drink enough water. Because drinking company will harm health, stomach ache will start as a result of which we will live with bad health from various aspects. Giving a little more water we should drink the amount. So finish the morning session.

I will mention here what special food we need for lunch. At lunchtime I almost always have thin dal between meals. Because thin pulses keep us healthy. Another thing I saw on the food list today is gourd. So here I will mention some ideas about the benefits of daul and gourd so that we all can have the right to good health.

  • Prevents cancer.
    Daul and gourd left on my lunch list. So I talked to you about that. So I think Lau Mussoorie Daul is to be enjoyed constantly.

Another thing that is very important and necessary for us to keep in the daily list is exercise
Exercise helps keep our physical body in shape. So we should exercise regularly. I always wake up early in the morning and try to walk down the street. Those whose country health is excessively increased, if they take regular morning walks and exercises, their health will decrease and they will be in good health. Body cells are repaired by exercise.

  • Exercising in the morning removes the laziness accumulated throughout the day. And keeps stress under control
  • Exercise in the morning keeps diabetes under control. Which is very beneficial for diabetes. Which helps to control the blood sugar in the body
  • Exercising in the morning reduces fat and fat in the body very quickly.
    Aay Exercise is very necessary in our daily life.

Another is vitamin rich foods that we must eat.

But I don't enjoy these foods. And my health is pretty good and I consider myself healthy. Being healthy I don't eat any food with vitamins except vegetables. As you can see this thing is a herbal technology vitamin. My husband takes it every day in the morning. I saw your husband's health changed after taking this vitamin. And my husband's digestion improved after eating this food. Earlier my husband did not want to eat food. Now eating regularly. And drink water regularly.
