Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is about "Balanced Diet". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.

What do you understand by balanced diet?

Friends, as we all know that the diet has a very crucial role in our lives as it is essential to keep us healthy and fit, by providing the nutrients like vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats etc. But there is a huge difference between the balanced and unbalanced diet such the balanced diet, keep us healthy and required for the optimal growth of our bodies while the unbalanced diet create a lot of complications for us. So it is crucial for us to keep a balance between the balanced and unbalanced diet. According to me, the diet with follow ingredients can be considered as a balanced diet:

1. Fruits and vegetables:

  • If you intake fruits and vegetables daily as a part of your diet, it will provide you fibers, minerals and other vitamins.

2. Proteins:

  • The proteins present in the meat, eggs and nuts are very important to build our muscles and boost the bone health.

3. Fats:

  • The fats present in fatty foods like nuts, oils and avocados etc provides us energy and improve the growth of cell.

4. Carbohydrates;

  • The carbohydrates present in rice, bread and butter etc provides us great level of energy and boots and metabolism.

5. Water:

  • The water is also a very important part of our diet as it provides a great support to our functions of body.
Effects of diet on overall health

Yes, the balanced Diet has a great role in the normal functioning of our body and the unbalanced diet can affect our health very badly as it can cause serious health issues. Where the balanced diet, provide us energy, the unbalanced diet leads us towards serious problems like fatigue, weakness and many other complications. On the other hand, where the balanced diet provide us a way to maintain a normal and healthy life but on the other hand, the imbalanced diet cause obesity, stomach issues and other health problems.

Furthermore, the imbalanced diet affect our immune system very badly because the vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates are very important to keep it at its best level. So if we don't take Balanced Diet, it is affect and become unable to fight against the diseases and make our lives miserable. Also, the imbalanced diet cause other chronic disease like heart issues including the stroke, obesity stomach issues and diabetes and cancer etc.

What diet do you prefer for your health care and why?

Indeed, it is very important for us to maintain a healthy life style and to maintain a healthy lifestyle, maintaining a balanced is required. So always, it is my first priority to avoid such things and foods which can affect my life and health badly and try to take that type of foods which keep me fit, healthy in both ways mentally and physically. So the following things I always prefer to for the care and battement of my health:

  • First of all, I try to maintain a healthy diet and among it, the eggs, meat, fruits, vegetables and fats are all very important part. Because all these things provide us all the essential nutrients and vitamins.

  • I always try to stay away from drinking carbonated drinks like like coca, sprite and other packed juices because they contain harmful chemicals which create serious health issues for us.

  • Everyday, I eat 6-8 bananas and drink a glass of fresh milk because the banana and milk both are enriched with the nutrients like vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates etc.

  • During having lunch or dinner, I try a plate of fresh salad because the salad acts as a dietary fiber which boost our digestion process and keep stomach fit.

Any diet on your suggestions makes healthy?

Actually, there are several types of dietes present which keep us healthy and boost the growth of our body. But here, I would like to say the, there is a Diet which make us healthy and that diet is balanced diet because, if we take all the required nutrients and vitamins which are important for the growth and development of our bodies, we remain healthy, fit and energetic. It also improves our mental, physical and emotional health. So I suggest you to always be sincere with your diet and take such foods which keep you healthy and avoid such things or bad habits which spoil your health.

A well-balanced diet is beneficial to our health, but it must be consumed in the appropriate quantities. Otherwise, we will be unable to keep proper weight. Good luck with the contest.
