Is age a matter of numbers?

 

Age and getting older is one of the subject that we change our opinion about throughout our life. When we are children we love to get older, because we love getting presents and party for us with a lot of nice food and friends and that we are allowed to do everything on that day.

The older we get we do not feel the difference and we do not care about the parties and often about presents. Luckily between 20 and 40 years there is no difference we feel in ourselves and often it is just line a number that progresses every year.

Later on we notice that with every year we get weaker, we have some health issues and then it is not really just a number but also the time when we get frail and get older.

 

Do you think that age should limit us from doing what we like and are passionate about?

 

I do not think that we should stop doing what we love to do, because that is something that gives us happiness and energy. Often that is something that keeps us young and motivated. Sometimes it is also a pleasure to teach our knowledge to those young people who would like to learn and this is something that we could do. We could teach youngsters and feel young too, to see how they get excited and happy learning something and looking at us as to their teacher.

 

Have you ever been made to feel inferior because of your age?

 

No, I have never felt any negative side of being older and I hope that will never happen.

 

Are you one of those who do not like to say your age for fear of being judged?

 

No, for me it is not a problem to tell my age, I know that sometimes especially female colleagues try to trick and not to tell their age, but no matter how much we would like to trick people, the nature will show up on our face. So no matter how old we look, it is important how young we feel in our soul.

 

Express a saying or phrase about age?

 

The secret of a woman’s happiness is the ability to move from one age to another in time, and a woman has three ages: daughter, wife and mother.
