The Diary Game | 18th of January 2025 | ♥ Spending time at OGF ♥

The past week had been too hectic with all the unplanned work, so we planned to relax this weekend and spend some time with family in Colombo. It was around 7:00 in the morning when I woke up. Vihan was also awake with me, so I quickly freshened up to start the day and made him his milk along with our morning tea.

After feeding Vihan his milk, I went to the kitchen to help my mom to prepare meals. Since we had some errands to run, we had our breakfast and headed out. On the way, we decided to visit the One Galle Face Mall, as it had been a long time since our last visit. The mall was a bit crowded since it was a weekend and Vihan was thrilled to see every corner with its various seasonal decorations.

I got the chance to visit my favorite local cosmetic brand - Viana which was launching its newest fragrances at the OGF mall. I couldn't miss the chance to buy one from their latest collection. I was also thrilled to get a 40% discount on the perfume I purchased.

Coincidently, I bumped into one of my best friends at the perfume launch. We had a lovely chat for a while and promised to catch up soon.

After roaming around the mall, we were quite hungry, so we headed to the food court. It was amazing to see the variety of cuisines available at the OGF food court. For a change, we decided to try Chinese and Korean cuisine. Since my husband ordered, I'm not sure about the exact names, but all we ordered tasted really delicious! Vihan enjoyed the food so much that he started eating the food himself without my help.

We did some shopping and headed back home. The sky had turned dark and gloomy by the time we left the shopping mall and soon it started raining. unfortunately, we got stuck in the traffic, but after spending a few hours on the road we finally reached home.

Although the day was tiring, I truly enjoyed the day with my family doing shopping and visiting OGF mall after some time. I was also happy to meet my friend after such a long time. It was a pleasant day for me.
