It’s POWER UP Contest!

I hope all of you had a lovely week taking part in the power up contest. This week, we are moving on to Power-up contest week 5, enabling our male friends to participate. I hope it would be a great opportunity for all the male friends in our community. I look forward to reading some awesome tips from our friends as they work to grow their accounts.

As always, we had some amazing participation from our friends. It was inspiring amazing to read the tips shared by our friends. Some were motivating, some were lessons for life, and some made me laugh. Here, I share with you the summary of the amazing tips that caught my attention this week.

I have learned that rather than beating myself up, I have to approach these moments of failed memory with patience. With a few deep breaths and a “recalling” of my steps, the missing keys will likely turn up, and I will be on my way, marveling once again at the incredible, if imperfect, power of the human mind. - Shared by our dear admin @patjewell

Even if we don't have the best food or wear simple clothes, we should be happy with what we have and thank God. I've experienced that when I looked closely at someone else's life, I found out that they were also going through struggles that we can't even imagine. - @hudamalik20

But I think we must have forgiveness to have our personal peace. But that doesn't mean allowing others to continue to hurt us. In fact, forgiveness means freeing your mind from your past, allowing you to heal and rebuild the brokenness that happened. - @inudi

Since I received permission to accept our male friend's participation in our community this week we have our friend @caringmanasseh sharing the importance of Power - up. Thank you for helping our new Steemians know the importance of Powering - up for the platform as well as their well-being.

This week, I think we have great tips for everyday life, and I believe it enlightens someone's mind and at least helps us to make a small difference in our life and in the way we think. As a community of ladies, we always try to up lift our lives positively and help each other to reach our goals.
