For the first time | It was bad experience to cook Beef Kabaabs

Hi, Dear Greetings Steemians!!!

After the sacrifice in the big Eid, I specified the part of a special meat for making Chapli Kabaabs. I used to make it before and everyone used to eat very fondly, that's why I wanted to cook it in a very pleasant weather. The wait was over for the weather to be pleasant and I took out the beef qeema kept in in the fridge and prepared the ingredients for making Chapli Kabaabs. It doesn't too work hard to make chapli kebabs as hard as the works hard is to cut the ingredients that is added to it. I cut more than about half a kilo of onions in Beef Kabab and then in it I also cut coriander green pepper and added it. I also added in it paste of garlic ginger. Lemon juice makes it more delicious and delectable.

The second turn comes after cutting the herbs. The Spice which are very important to complete the taste of any meal. Well, I used all the spices like as salt, red and black pepper, coriander powder , turmeric powder and also added some quantity of Chapli Kabaab national mixed spices powder. National company is the food grade and pure hygienic foods company that used to make spices and delivered to us from couple of years ago. That's why we also prefer to use that food brand of spices powder to make our meals more tasty and flavorsome..

You can see that I have mixed all the spices and cut herbs with good hands so that one becomes a gently mixture. Then after that I tried to shape the Chapli kebab. Then I kept them in a fridge for a while so that it will include spices and taste of herbs well inside the beef mince and develop actual taste inside the Chapli Kabaabs.

Then , I took frying pan for adding in oil and then warm up to add in Chapli Kabaabs for frying in both sides. It was really bad experience for me for the first time. Unfortunately, Chapli Kabaab damaged it's real shape and turned into Kata Kat that taste was delicious but it shape was not good. Well my heart was sad to see that . After frying kata kat , I put in the plate and served with National Ketchup. Hopefully next time , I will try my best to cook well. Because my mission was not successful to cook Chapli Kabaabs.
