Cooking tutorial : Delicious potato samusa😍

How are you going on ladies?? Hope everyone is very well and happy by the grace of Almighty Krishna. I am also well by His mercy. I am here again to share a nice and delicious recepie with you. I have made nicely designed veg samusa with potato and tomato filling. I eagerly want to share this nice recepie with you. Hope you all will enjoy this recepie so much. Let's start cooking without delay...
Ingredient | Quantity |
---|---|
Flour | 200 gm |
Oil | As needed |
Salt | As needed |
Potato | 2 |
Tomato | 1 |
Green chilli | 3-4 |
Coriander | As needed |
Mix hot spice | 1 tsp |
Water | As needed |
Cut two medium size potato into small pieces. Put the potatoes and a medium size tomato in the water in a pan. Keep the flame high and wait for boiling the vegetables.
Then take 200 gm of flour in a bowl. Add small portion of oil in the flour and mix well. Add required quantity of water in the flour to make a nice dough. Cover the dough for rest for 10 minutes.
When the tomato and potatoes are boiled enough remove these from the water. Mash these with salt, chopped green chilli, coriander, and hot mix spices.
Now make small flat structures from the dough. Make closed wavy design by twisting the edge of the structures that are filled with the mashed vegetable.
Pour oil in a hot pan and let the oil being hot. When the oil is hot put the samusas in the oil and fry these at low medium flame. Fry all the samusas in this way.
