Women in the spotlight! I love this topic; it gives me a sense of strength in my womanhood. Knowing I can achieve anything as a woman, that I can be the best at anything and be seen in the spotlight of life, makes me happy. I love being a woman!
Who is called a skilled housewife? And what are her qualities? |

A housewife is also known as a homemaker. A housewife is a woman who forgets her career and centers her strength and attraction on taking care of her family. Always running and making her home.
I would say that a skilled housewife is a woman who knows how best to take care of a home. She knows how to cook the best meals, do chores at home, take good care of her family, and make sure they are at their best!
A skilled housewife is competent in taking care. She is that woman who has been nurtured at an early stage in things about a home. She has been trained and has adequate knowledge of how to make her home. A skilled housewife is the best housewife.
Her qualities
• She sees her family first in everything she does. She is that wife who would not eat until every member of the family had eaten. She won't rest until her family is satisfied. Her family needs come before her own.
• Good communication skills She is the best communicator in the family because she wants to know the physical and mental state of every member of her family. Her children and husband confide in her for the best advice.
• She is a good problem solver. Always making peace because her house is not a war zone but a paradise, and in paradise, there is peace.
She is a good listener. Gives solutions after listening.
She shows empathy at all costs.
• The love she has for her family would be enough to take care of the whole world. She is the best of the best.
On what basis do women make their monthly budget? |

Well, there are some women whose incomes are daily, weekly, and monthly, and they might budget weekly, daily, or monthly as the income comes.
Normally, women budget monthly based on their pressing needs. Running a family entails so much, from stocking the house with food to shopping for the kids, visiting the salon, and other stuff.
I make my budget monthly, and that is before my salary comes. I think the budget shouldn't be more than my income to enable me to save. Since I have pressing needs, others can come later.
What challenges do women face in making a budget? |

I would say less funding, which I feel is the major challenge. Having budgeted so many things to be done for the month, when the income comes, it's not able to meet the needs, which becomes a challenge.
Saving is another challenge. Women always love to have a reminder somewhere and that when they think of saving part of the money, not minding the shortage, it will cost. My mom is a good example of this.
