“Steemit Engagement Challenge, S9w4: "What is your niche?"
Design Using Canva Pro
Knowing my niche is a step to knowing me better, so I thank the Steem ladies' community for such an opportunity.
Getting to the business of the day, niche as described earlier in this contest is where you excel, I would call it your area of concentration or main focus in life.
I am good at journalism, but not 100% though. A journalist of course is a person who collates, writes and edits news or news articles for presentation. As a journalist, I have been an avid presenter on SteemTV, the Interview Showcase interviewing many dedicated Steemians. You might want to read about the latest interview here with @ripon0630.
Through this program, I have had some great live conversations with over 80 top Steemians and witnesses. In fact, one top user once told me ” Don’t leave this program, that’s your niche, stick to it”
"I think this is a great initiative. We need these kinds of new ideas to evolve. I see many users are enjoying it. It definitely can contribute to the growth of Steemit because new users can gain many ideas from the experience we share here." Ref. - @disconnect
"The concept is great. You have already had many exciting conversations that clarify and focus the motivation to be active here." Ref. - @weisser-rabe
"You seem professional with your questions and I wonder if you are a type of journalist. Your Showcase is a great contribution to Steemit." Ref. - @xpilar
"It's definitely interesting and you should keep that interview showcase going. Because it gets many people's opinions. And I definitely support this kind of content or program on the blockchain." Ref. - @rme
All these responses get me going and NO it's not all about the money but the relationship created, the knowledge and the ideas shared. This has been my successful niche and I haven't missed it for the past 49 weeks now, I do it with passion.
It has been almost one year now and I have consistently without fail carried out the weekly interview show.
More than that I have had lots of active engagements and positive comments which inspires me every time to do better than the former.
During these interviews, I have been able to relate to the experiences of these steemians, their fears and challenges, and their happiness and upsides. With my weekly interviews, I have created an opportunity where old and newbies can always learn something new each day. It has been a wonderful ride, but I can bet you it's only one who is good at it that can do that.
I want to be good at video editing and sound management. Video editing is simply defined as it sounds, it’s editing an already-made video, adding effects, transitions, backgrounds, lighting and doing some other kinds of stuff to make it nice. It’s always beautiful watching polished videos as such I intend to use what I learn in my live shows to make it more appealing and presentable. I am cooking something very special and I am coming up with it very soon, you don't have an idea about it and I am not ready to share now 😁, but get ready for it soon...
Being good at something equals perfection and that’s the goal of anyone working towards a positive goal. I have a goal, and even if I can’t get to perfection at least, I know that there’s always room for improvement, when you are good at something it’s no longer a skill or just an action, it becomes a talent and a hobby and that is what I admire so much about being good at something, I am not there yet, but I am working toward getting there.
I admire @disconnect's work. It's not easy to search for and compile all the contests on the platform to form. And maybe you don't know, but writing those things with a proper markdown without having an error message like "URAError: URI malformed" is a lot of work I appreciate his effort so much for being passionate about this.
@pennsif is good at sorting all the top happenings in the blog and compiling the highlights in one place to form Steem news, which means, he has to spend several hours going around communities and personal blogs to search for any outstanding information that might be interesting. That's a lot of work too and I admire his activities. Maybe I am far from getting there, but I am still making an effort.
Just before I go, I have a few friends I will like to invite to share their niche. @kay-owobia, @skinnyblack and @eliany, would you mind sharing your niche..? I'll like to read yours.
Hihi, now I remember that I wanted to answer you a question from another post: I liked the interview with the dark brown guy with the yellow earrings the best.... ;-)
Thank you..😊. I like the brown guy too and he was so co-operative that day without disturbing...
This cannot be. This is a buck - bucks are always up to something... ;-)
I know ..right..?😀
Maybe, that day...he was giving me a welcome gesture...
I enjoyed this interview personally I want to commend you on your niche keep it up going.
Wish you success in your endeavours and this contest thanks for inviting my entry is loading...
Thank you so much for your kind words..
Thank you for participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9, Week 4, in the Steem For Ladies Community.
Journalist! You have discovered your niche and you are for sure making the most of it, entertaining Steemians week after week.
It is true what you are saying, we can never be perfect but we can get close to it and you are for sure getting it right.
Success for that video editing. I have no doubt that you will master it.
It is a pity that you failed to answer the last question. I would have liked to have known who you admirer for being good at something.

Thank you for your review, commendation and observation I appreciate it.
You are right, it was an oversight. Unfortunately, I wrote it while making the draft of this post but I forgot to include it while posting here. Alas! It has been updated.
Thank you for completing your post.
Two great Steemians you wrote about. With them in the post it is now like the cherry on the cake! "The END"
Greetings appreciated @ubongudofot.
When reading your post, the first thing I should do is sincerely congratulate you for your perseverance during these 49 weeks... almost one year (a year has 52 weeks).
These results indicate that you should spend many hours of the week on post-production. But I must also imagine that well in advance you must make preparations for future interviews. That is, you must contact the interviewee, and make a kind of script of the topics that will be addressed during the interview, and other details.
There are many specialized software that can help you streamline the post-production of your video (audio and video).
I believe that what you do is extremely valuable to the community.
Thanks for sharing, God bless you.
In another order of ideas, I would like to invite you to learn about the SP delegation program that we offer at Project Hope. We have just surpassed 250K SP, thanks to our delegator friends. This voting power allows us to distribute 100% of the manual curation rewards we make among our delegators. Our current voting power offers an 11% APR, which we hope to increase if more people like you join our program in the coming months.

Thank you for your interesting comment on my little contributions, hopefully I will achieve my gaols.
And as for your notice on the Project Hope I will have a look soon....
I consider that your proposal is not a little at all, friend.
Keep it up.
I hope you are interested in our project.
Cheers.
