Choices! What will it be? #76

Hello and Namste my steemian Family,

This is my participation in the Contest Choices! What will it be? #76 The honoree @patjewell, a brilliant and wonderful woman, has organized In STEEM for Ladies.

Today I have got a chance to express my views about some truths of this life by giving my own examples. These examples of mine may not apply to everyone but many people will definitely take these things seriously.

Life is a name of many strange events, happiness, sorrows, troubles, diseases and relationships.

We, the people of middle income category, spend our whole life busy in fulfilling our goals and do not pay much attention to our own health and entertainment, or are stingy in spending money on ourselves, so that we can fulfill the wishes of our dear family members.

And then, who knows when, his old age comes and he becomes incapable of going anywhere, enjoying himself, fulfilling his desires.

And not only this, when he is old, frail, weak, his sources of income also start decreasing. His acquaintances, his relatives, his friends, even his children start avoiding spending time with him.

I have seen so many examples in my life when parents spend everything on their children's higher education to nurture them, nourish them and make them big people. They cut down on their own expenses for their expenses.

They even sacrifice their basic needs for their comforts. But the same children, after growing up, forget this sacrifice and love of their parents and become busy in their own world. They don't even have time to sit with their old, sick, weak and poor parents for some time.

There are examples when after becoming young and rich, the children left their parents in some old-age home and then did not look after them.

I have to say with great regret that even our law does not put such restrictions on children that if a child misbehaves with his parents, then strict action should be taken against him on a small complaint of the mother or father.

I also feel that we should be careful now and while spending money on our children's education, we should make them write a pledge that they will pay this money in installments or in return they will give the same love and respect to their parents which they have received from their parents throughout their lives. May be It become a bad example for others but it is practical .

Maybe people may feel bad about this because such things cannot be practical. But if people start doing this by accepting my advice, then we can create a mental pressure on our children to take care of their parents.

I may have bored you all by writing such things, so now in the end you will enjoy listening to an old age joke. And this is such an example which we all should adopt in our lives so that our relationships remain intact.

A very senior person was fond of drinking a little, but due to old age he had a disease like dementia, as you know, in this disease people forget some things.

This old man always used to call his wife as my love, my queen, my love. People used to think that this old man loves his wife a lot even at this very old age. But one day one of his friends asked him, do you love your wife so much that you always call her my love, my queen.

The old man said laughingly, no my brother, how can there be so much love at this my age, I call her by these words because I have forgotten her name from very long time , and if she comes to know that I have forgotten her name then she will make me stop drinking alcohol.

It is just a EXAMPLE that how can we handle the worst situations so smartly.
