Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, to the FIRST week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 16!

International Women’s Day is lurking around the corner, March 8, 2024.

The theme this year is “Invest in women: Accelerate progress.”

We have seen that women play a vital role at home and in society; therefore, right across the globe, there is a call for governments, organizations, businesses, and societies to invest in women.

For this contest, we want you to tell us how we can celebrate the women in our lives, and if you have any suggestions on how we can participate to invest in the lives of women, share them.

Let's make women the heroes this week ahead of the upcoming Women's Day.

• The title must be: “It is Women’s Day!”
• Write a post of at least 350 words and NO MORE than 600 words
