Application: Season 13 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge
Hello to all our Steemian friends...
It is time for us to submit our application from our community, "Steem For Ladies" for Season 13 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.
A Brief History of Steem For Ladies
Lots of the communities offer all the benefits and also the various ideas set out by the Steemian team. Goals are well organized and clear so that every individual on the Steemit platform can develop according to and in line with their own goals. These communities offer a platform for Steemit to share posts on topics such as food, health, sports, investment, and the world of technology.
However, our founder, @liasteem, noticed that there is no longer a special place for women to express their voices and appreciation freely.
Steem For Ladies was started with a strong spirit and purpose, which is to support all women's activities so that they are free to be creative and express themselves.
Women have the right to be respected, the right to be free and respected, and to have their rights protected. This is the community for women's Freedom, Lifestyle, Beauty, Art, DIY, Cooking, Sports, Fashion, etc.
The goals of the community:
- To become a platform for Steemian women who want to express themselves freely
- To realize and build this community together as a team and verified members
- To support all women's activities both outside and inside the platform
- To educate women on all issues related to Steemit
- To enhance the creativity of countless women
All women are free to show themselves and are welcomed to give their best, be active, and support their fellow Steemians.

The admin and moderators are actively involved in all community activities. We also often communicate and discuss various issues through various facilities and infrastructure.
Representatives are not only community moderators but also have a bigger mandate and responsibility. Currently, the team represents five different countries, but we hope to expand our team to other countries as well.
Details of community curated account, how it was created, and who holds the keys
The Steem For Ladies community account is managed by the team. Together, we work to improve and advance the community through verification of posts, positive commenting, and giving advice. We also have a dedicated communication group in which we share advice, discuss tasks, find solutions to problems, and support each other.
Steem For Ladies was created by the founder, @liasteem and it was officially announced on Steemit in early December 2022.
The moderators have access to the posting key, while all the other keys are held by @liasteem and @patjewell.

Posts from members are posted daily, where they will be verified by the moderators and the admin. We are proud to say that all posts are verified.
Example verification format:
There is always a moderator on duty with admin as a backup to not only verify posts but also to vote with the community account in support of ladies all over the Steemit platform.
It is our pledge to be positive at all times, lending a helping hand. We will advise on various solutions, for example, the increasing of CSI voting and the use of “markdown style.”
As much as possible, we help all members grow actively and move forward together without excluding anyone (including newcomers). We, as women, want to show that we have quality and quantity, which can be seen in the posts.

As a team, we are giving our best for all activities related to community development, member development, and supporting of the Steemit platform. As admin, we appreciate the hard work and effort of each member of the team.
Reasons why the Steem For Ladies should be selected for Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11
- We had the opportunity to be part of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9. Not only was it enjoyed by us but we have proven that we are more than capable of hosting a challenge. We believe that we can only do better should we be chosen for Season 13.
- Our community is a community that is open to women, but it will be great to receive the support of the men during this season
- We have a different offering than other communities
- We don't work alone; we support each other together and do our best for the growth of the community
- We are open minded
- Not only do we provide contests and programs that increase the potential of the ladies in the fields they love and motivate them, but we also host contests for the men to participate it
- We are all actively involved in the community
- We are willing to give it our best
- We are confident that we have the know-how to run a successful Engagement Challenge
- We are committed to making a success should we get the opportunity to be part of Season 13

For the SEC challenge, the answer is no. All posts will be verified, but there will be certain rules to be adhered to like the amount of words, #steemexclusive, etc.
As for verification, as a member of the community, you must have completed the newcomer Achievement 1 task and you must be a lady.
