The first thing I take when I'm awake is water. It's because water is a huge necessity of Life. To maintain a healthy body, you need to drink water daily and it comes with a huge load of health benefits.
I have a routine of drinking a full glass of water when I wake up to stay hydrated in the morning. This will help flush out toxins in your body and helps with your metabolisms, it also gives the skin glow.
I would like to invite @josepha, @zory23 and @pandora2010.
