Upgrades and inventions are the spice that makes life colourful. Nothing stays static, even time.

Welcome everyone to my diary session. Today we're going to take a walk through my Sunday and see why it's always the best day of the week. Let's go!!.

Sunday mornings for me begin with less sleep. If I haven't woken up 3-4 times before dawn, then it isn't a Sunday. Our service begins by 7am and so my body has over the years adjusted to waking up early.

As usual, I got up, and woke my sisters. Before now, I would take a bath first and then allow then bathe and all, but I've noticed we all end up going late because you know women and their things, but I decided to switch. I boiled their water, woke them up and asked them to bath and start getting ready before me. Can I say it worked??
Well, it's a work in progress.

While we were leaving, one of my sisters suddenly developed tummy pain and had to stay back a while to take care of it, saying she'll meet us on the way. As we got a few metres to church we took out our phones and got this lovely set of pictures below.

Service today was amazing. From the stage decorations to the spirit lifting worship and praise sessions to the word. My God. A glimpse of our stage;

My Pastor said something heavy today and I quote;

When God wants to show off, he shows a man Mercy.

The Mercy of God doesn't look at what you've done or didn't do. Mercy qualifies the unqualified.

The prayer for Mercy isn't just for a sinner. Everyone needs Mercy.

These were very timely words for me. What a service👏👏.
A senior friend had told me about her products the previous wednesday and how she would be making them and selling that Sunday. So after service I rushed to her table to see if she had started, but alas, she was still setting things together. A bit disappointed, I went around checking our school of basics foundation class.

3 Sundays in a month we run our basic foundation class for new converts to strengthen them in the faith and today wasn't an exception. I had concluded my class so I went to other classes to have a view of what was going.

From the pictures, you can see the students paying rapt attention to their teachers, though I got there as classes were rounding up because there sun had come out in its full strength and glory

From there straight back to my friend's table. I needed to see the finished product and I was glad my persistence paid off.

Avoeck salad Sandwich

It was so delicious and healthy if I'll add. Toasted bread, the filling was made with avocado pear, eggs, some nuts, salad cream and a few other things I didn't get to see.
One must protect the secret to their business. 😁.

Anyways I headed home around 4:30pm after a leaders meeting with my pastor.
Did I add that I partook of the first timers refreshments??? Yes I did. In my defense I was hungry.
