The Diary Game #42: Share your day with us! Workout, newbies mentorship and changing my looks

Yes, it was a beautiful day for me as a lady. The cloud was a bit gloomy when I stepped out of the house. But that was after my morning worship. I got ready and stepped out. Then I noticed how gloomy the cloud was, but I can't stay back as a coach. I needed to be there no matter what.

Workout

I decided to trek to the playground today because we will be starting workout by 6:30am. Since I left by exactly 6am, I trekked. But just when I was able to reach the airport road, it started drizzling. I had to find a place to take shade because it was becoming more serious. Well, it reduced and allowed me to enter the playground. It began again but for a brief moment.

I met one client already jogging. I took a picture with him and started setting the stage for our programs. We are still on abs. Yes, we decided to attack the abdominal fats.

We had 4 programs today that are very strenuous. It has to do with knee to elbow, knee to head, 30 reps and 5 times. You will plank and do them all.

The first 2 programs were done using the step boards

Then, the next was plank hand to shoulder. 100 reps and 3 times.

We stayed on the mat to Carry out the plank hand shoulder touch. A flat surface was needed.

Then side crunch, 40 reps but 3 times.

The side crunch is the last.

Then, I stayed back to assist @fifapresido to understand more about how to power up and make a post with it . He is determined to always power up for at least one year. If he can, then it will really help him. He powered up all his liquid steem after using a little sbd he earned to buy steem. @chichigirl asked questions too, and assisted her with it. @endiong24 was another newbie that I encouraged to start writing on other communication even though her introduction post hasn't been reviewed. She wanted to know how she can do that. I had to put her through. And told her some publications she can start with.

Then chichigirl helped me to loosen my hair because I wanted to make a new hair.

Leaving the playground after my hair was loosened, I went to @charibaby shop to see if she can give me a little cash that I can use for transportation. Then, I helped her with her questions about the contest to write. She asked questions of what she needed more explanations at. I assisted her with all her questions.

My new looks

I hardly find time to change my looks as at when due because I am a very busy person. But today, I decided that I will have to do something.

I went straight to the salon on our junction, I washed my hair, dried it with generator and hand dryer, the chose the style and bought the attachment for the hair and they began making the hair for me.

I also wanted to paint my nails and fix eye lashes. I negotiated for them and while the hair was on course, they were also polishing the nails

My hair and my nails, including the lashes were able to be concluded by past 4 pm. It looked great 😃 😃 😃 on me. Please check them out in the pictures below

Because I am a fitness instructor and lover, I consider seriously the type of hair that I make so that I will not make the one that will distract me during workout. I went for one that is simple but unique. Hope this hair fits me?

Mentorship continued

While my hair and nails are being taken care of, I was still busy helping @ukamakavictoria on WhatsApp. This is a newbie I assisted to sign up last week but due to her flat battery, we couldn't continue. So today, using screenshots and voice notes, I helped her to set up her profile, subscribe to communities and start her introduction post. Thankfully, she was able to post it. Here

The beginning of the conversation is from down to up.

I was also assisting fifapresido to make a publication into an engagement challenge. He said that he wants to respond to the invitation that I mentioned him to take part in a contest. I guided him until he was done with the post and submitted it.

I put him through on how to add link, how to set beneficiaries and how other things using voice note because of my nails that are being fixed, I couldn't type at the moment

I came back home after that to have my breakfast and lunch at the same time because I didn't take them already. The kids came back and had theirs. Then, my husband took. We planned to retire early this night because it is so raining now. But trust me, I will need to complete my post and other activities on the blog before retiring. Thank you all for reading through
