I thought I was the only one that is experiencing this incessant increase. It is crazy that you now prepare a pot of stew with 30k. That is not even a complete meal because you will still look for a carbohydrate or protein to eat it with. And imagine 4 kg of tomatoes for 11k? Who does that? Well, we can only be hopeful and perhaps start exercising to help us reduce the amount of food we take 😂😂😂. Don't you think so?
As for the chess, I believe he will teach us.
The stew was very much, not the usual pot. It took us a week to finish it. I'm thankful that I don't have a big appetite. I believe that exercising makes one eat more, so portion control is the best choice.
One who is determined to exercise doesn't eat much. That is where the portion control comes in. It's all about determination.. knowing your target, you can be able to reduce your target because exercising and portion control works hand in glove
