Woman is a pillar of of every family and just loved the topic choosen by our dear ladies team. So I am here with my entry of "Its a Women's Day"
Every year 8th March is celebrated as women's day and next month this year's women's day will be celebrated too. Coming on to my personal experience I belong from a typical bihari family in which man is given more importance compared to a woman.
Since, childhood I have always heard saying my mom and my grandmother "you are a girl you need to learn cooking and all those house staff because one day u"ll get married and will have to look after your house which is the only job you have to do .
There has always been a biasness between man and woman in our Indian Society but slowly and gradually even our society is changing.
Role of a Woman in the Society
In every field women candidates are now preferred first there is no such thing in this world which a woman can't do. There are women who are successful doctors , engineers, lawyers, scientists and in many more occupations.

If given opportunity woman can do a lot more but still there are many families do not allow their daughters to get proper education in India and the worst scenario happens when at an early age the girl gets married. She has to go through mental and physical abuse and even in today's era we can see cases of domestic violence.

In India there is a word called Nari Shaktiwhich means the power of women and it is believe that do she is a soft creature by one but from inside she is one of the strongest human who can overcome all difficulties.
In my opinion every family should invest in a woman's education and give her the opportunity to fly and pursue her career in which ever fields she wants to pursue.
Bank should give loans to women at lower interest rates so that the woman who belongs from a middle class family and wants to do something in her life could pursue her dream without a thought of financial crisis.
Today we can see that women are doing even better than man incorporate life also and not only in corporate but everywhere be it academics , or successful entrepreneurs .
Even Women should learn to fight for themselves
Earlier during childhood I have seen a family staying near me in which the girl child was kept at home for cooking cleaning and washing etc. and a boy child was sent to school and a special treatment was given to him just because he was a guy.
As a child I often wondered why is the girl not speaking up for herself that even she wants to study but later I got to know that her family was not ready to let her go to school .
Being a woman we must know to stand for ourselves even whenever no one stands for us there are times when we will face hurdles but at the end of the day what matters is how successful we are as no one sees the pain.
Through this post I want to convey a message that even if there is no one for you and no matter how the hard time you are going through everything passes away don't leave hope and stand for yourself ladies as you are the Own Hero of your Life

There are many girls like you who are asked by their family to do housework from mother, grandmother i.e. after marriage so that she does not have to listen to in-laws. It is actually just a family or society superstition. Because if the family gives a little advantage to the girls then they can do a lot of good things. But it is needless to say that nowadays girls are moving freely without being confined to the house and are being led to progress by engaging in various activities. A country that is more developed never discriminates against children. So to keep pace with the world, our children have to say no to discrimination. Women like you are truly inspiring and yes you are actually correct that in our society man gets a lot of the privilege compared to a woman . Belonging from a bihari family I can understand how tough is the role of a woman. The best line which I liked in your content is women should learn to stand for themselves and fight for their rights.

I enjoyed reading the post. You spoke very nicely. And your post has a lot in common with reality. Most people in our country marry off girls at a young age. And they are subjected to mental and physical abuse. Moreover, I have also seen and heard that little girls are taught to cook at home and are made to do more work they call girls. Girls are very neglected. But it should not be neglected like this. If we want to move our country forward, every girl should be respected and respected.
