Day 2: BE FIT and HEALTHY

Good day steemians!

Another day has came and another day to let our sweat fall in the ground.

The feeling is so good when early in the morning you will get sweat. So, around 6 in the morning we again woke up and went to Mactan Shrine and do our stretching. I dont jog all the time because I easily felt tired so what I did was I do the stretching in a place, then jog for just few times then do the zumba.

WHAT IS ZUMBA?

Zumba is also a type of exercise with a tune. Yes, you will do an exercise with a music. And every morning, there is a group of girls and gals who do the zumba inside the Mactan Shrine and most of them where oldies who still wanted to stay fit despite on their ages.

So after I jog, I will just follow them do the zumba. In doing the zumba, aside from you will get sweat your body will be developed and got smooth.

Afterwards, I also do the scooter with the kids. It is a sort of practice on how to use the scooter and at the same time my calories will burn because of the sweat that will come out in my body.

And together with us is my niece Akira because she told us a night before we had a morning walk that she wanted to go with us. So, we walk her up early in the morning.

Before we went home, we had a pictorial and relax for a moment. We tried to breathe the seabreeze and the clean air in the shrine. Yes, tge shrine is located beside the sea so if you wanted to smell the seabreeze you can just come here and relax.

Incorporating stretching, jogging and Zumba into your exercise routine is a great way to stay active and healthy.
