The cooking can someone's hobby and can be a choice for many people because it depends on many factors such as personal interest and on the needs. For example cooking is a necessary and important work that we have to do to take meal for ourselves and also for our family members. Now we can say that it a choice which is very important to do. Many people learn that how to cook particularly when they decide to take healthy diet and some of the people save their money from dining out.

But for many of the individuals the cooking is a hobby a they love to cook something according to their taste what they want. The cooking is a way to express our creativity by exploring different dishes around the world. As a hobby the cooking can be a relaxation. Many of the individuals found the process of cooking fulfilled with joy from choosing the fresh ingredients to prepare their dishes

It is a social activity in that sense on a meal in the evening and afternoon the friends and family members can get together. It will bond the friends and family members together.

The broiling is a method of the cooking that requires the exposition of the food to the direct heat overhead practically in an oven. Such method of the cooking is particularly useful to cook the meats and fish.

The main point of difference between these two process of baking and the broiling is the heat and also the method of cooking. The indirect heat is used in the process of baking especially from all sides to cook. In the process of baking, the food is placed in the oven and the heat is around it and it the slower cooking process. This method of cooking is used to cook the cakes, brownies and casserole.

The method of cooking which is broiling use the high temperature while on the other hand the method of baking uses low temperature than the broiling method of cooking.

The ingredients of good qualities are very important to cook something. Fresh vegetables and fresh meats with good quality can enhance the texture and taste of the dishes. The use of seasonal ingredients can be useful to get perfect texture and taste of the food.

Proper techniques of the cooking are also important for good cooking. This will be helpful to prepare the dish in a well mannered and prepare them effectively.

Firstly, the cleaning is the main basic step in food handling. This is about to wash the hands properly before and after food handling. It is also very good to wash the cutting boards, knives.

Another is that cooking the food with the right heat. The different types of foods require different heating while cooking.Chilling the food effectively is also significant to prevent the growth of the bacteria.
