I will show you how to bake banana bread in this competition. It can be made in the form of bread and also in the form of cupcakes. Whatever mold you have, make it in this shape. In fact, it is so soft and so delicious that you eat it in any form, you will always remember its taste. It is easy and it uses very few things. The method I am telling you is to make the best bread at a very low cost. If you keep the same ratio that I am telling you, your bread will be soft and delicious in taste.

To prepare this better, we will take two bananas and mash them well with a fork so that no part of the banana remains and becomes a complete pulp.
When the bananas are well mashed and pulped, add an egg and beat it well until it becomes together.

Add half a cup of brown sugar to the banana and egg mixture and beat well. Will not add sugar to it, will use only brown sugar as the taste is different from sugar and brown sugar gives a slightly salty taste which is good in bread.

The brown sugar will also be beaten well with the help of a fork and some dates will be finely chopped and mixed in the batter. Also, if you want to add any other dry fruits, you can also add them. It should be remembered that small pieces of dates should be ground so that they do not affect the softness of the cake or bread, but they taste good in the mouth.

Add half a teaspoon of baking powder and mix it well.

Add a quarter cup of oil and beat it well with the help of a fork. When all the liquid ingredients are mixed, the batter is ready, now we will mix the powder ingredients in it.

Take a cup of flour and sift it through a sieve and mix slowly. When the flour is well mixed and there are no lumps left in it, your batter is ready.

Now grease the cake or bread mold with ghee or oil. And slowly pour your batter into it. So that there are no bubbles in it. And when all the batter goes into the mold, put it on the shelf and keep it on the shelf from a little height. And your cake or bread will rise just right.

Bake it in a preheated oven or pan. It will be baked within half an hour. And when you check it and it's puffy, baked, check by inserting a small wooden stick . If the batter sticks on top of the stick, then your cake is still raw. But if your stick comes out clean, it means that the cake is cooked. After baking well, leave the cake inside the mold. When the bread or cake cools down, take it out of the mold and cut it. And dish out your delicious bread or cake is ready.
Precautions
Taking the hot cake or bread out of the mold will break it. And its shape is distorted. So wait for it to cool and then take it out of its mold.
