Tell your story#13 (when i met my college friend after 8 years )

My story:

I have a college friend whom I had not met for many years. She had invited me to her wedding and also invited me when her son was born. But due to some reason I could not go.

On 12th September 2024, it was my college friend's son's first birthday, for which she invited us again. This time she called me and my husband and made us swear that we will definitely come to this party.

This birthday party was organized in a restaurant.

In the morning, after finishing all our work, after everyone had breakfast etc., I, my husband and my two children left in our car to go to Delhi, to attend the child's birthday.

On reaching there, we saw that the restaurant was decorated very beautifully for the birthday party.

Swings and riders were also arranged for small children outside the restaurant.

The entry gate was also decorated very beautifully with balloons.

We went inside the restaurant. There was also a very beautiful decoration inside the restaurant. Decorated balloons were stuck on every table.

Baby's photos of every month were put up on the DJ wall.

The cake cutting area was also beautifully decorated.

Today, after 8 years, I met my old friend. I was very happy to meet her and she was also very happy to meet me after so many years.

We clicked some photos together, and gave gifts and best wishes to her son.

My friend's son is a very naughty and cute child.

After that the cake arrived,

Then the cake was completely prepared there.

There was an arrangement of many types of snacks in the party. The waiter started serving us snacks. We enjoyed snacks and cold drinks.

Then the time for cake cutting came and the cake was cut.

After the cake cutting, I, my friend, and the children had dinner together.

Then we all danced together on the DJ and enjoyed a lot.

Even small children were enjoying a lot by dancing on the DJ.

Later we enjoyed ice cream while watching the dance of small children.

Really, it feels so good when you meet your college or school friends after so many years, and enjoy that moment a lot.

Now it was time for us to go back home. It was quite late. But my friend and I did not want to be separated from each other.

My friend did not want to go back right now. She kept on waiting for a while and took a lot of time and was not letting us go. Then my husband told her, dear, now we are very late, we have to go home at night. Now we will meet again soon.

Saying this, we took leave from there, and we left for our home.

Really, this day was very special for me. In which I, my children, my husband and my friend, all of us enjoyed a lot together.
