✅As a cook, explain things that should and shouldn't be worn when cooking.

As a cook, I think that the type of clothes we wear in the kitchen has significant impacts on the safety and comfort. Here’s my opinion on what should and shouldn’t be worn while cooking:

What Should Be Worn:

🔹Comfortable Clothing: Comfortable but not too relaxed clothing, and avoids having too much looseness is the best choice.

🔹Apron: Apron is important for protecting the outer garments from the chances of being stained by either water or any other liquid.

🔹Non-slip Shoes: A good pair of shoes is helpful since it is embarrassing to slip on water or any greasy surfaces at work.

🔹Hairnet or Tied Hair: One cannot have long hair; if one has them, he or she should put or tie it or even wear a hairnet to prevent hair from getting into the food.

What Shouldn’t Be Worn:

🔹Dangling Jewelry: Long earrings, necklaces or bracelets can easily get entangled or potentially drop into the food in question thus creating potential danger.

🔹Loose or Flammable Fabrics: He also suggested that one should not wear clothes that have fabrics such as silk or carrying a flowy scarves around a stove.

🔹 Open-toe Shoes or Sandals: These make your feet vulnerable to burns or to falling objects hence requiring you to wear closed shoes.

So following these strategies will help keep hygiene as well as safety levels high in the kitchen.

As per my understanding, kitchen etiquette refers to the manner in which one has to be order and hygiene respect in the kitchen. Others include hand washing and the meal preparation process; washing spoons, pots, and the other utensils used in preparing foods and the techniques applied in the storage of foods to be prepared among others Maintenance of clean commons and using them without getting contaminated it is also compulsory to ensure that tools are in the right state ready for use. Procedural manners of the kitchen make certain that this specific place, where cooking processes are done, is safe, secure and good for the body.

✅People say, "it is good to have a meal timetable, it helps you eat a balanced meal. What do you think about it? Do you have a meal timetable?

I think that the existence of a meal timetable is effective when it comes to dietary nutrition. It helps in our efforts to intake of nutrients in our foods, and also acts as a pointer towards the right portions for every food item. Another benefit is that planning also works in minimizing on the problem of what to prepare during a given period. For me, I do have a meal timetable in order to keep a food timetable and-path a healthy eating plan throughout the week. Therefore organizing the meal timings should be done because it enhances the standard meal plan and therefore the standard health.

✅Is eating at midnight a good habit, yes/no. State your reasons

As for me, I strictly do not recommend eating at midnight, In general, it is a harmful habit. Taking meals particularly supper has a cycle that takes part in digestion period and sanctions the body not to sleep. It might also lead to taking unhealthy snacks and gaining more weight since hunger pangs tend to be influenced by other factors such as boredom or stress. Additionally, there is awareness that eating of food at midnight increases vulnerability to factors that leads to acceptance of unhealthy foods including creamy foods, spicy foods, junk foods or other delicate sickness including obesity. Therefore, I think that it is healthier not to eat at midnight in order to keep oneself in overall good health.

The first thing that I have after waking up from bed is water, preferably a glass of water. Sometimes in the morning after waking up from the night’s sleep my body feels like it is dry so when I take water am able to hydrate myself and at the same time boost my metabolism. It aids in the digestion process and makes me feel energetic in the morning as I start the day. When I write, it enables me set a healthy baseline regarding the rest of my day and makes me feel more energized to accomplish my task.
