Power Up Contest: WK5 - (Happiness is in you ☺️)
Hello My Beautiful Ladies 😍,
You are all welcome to my blog. It is my great pleasure to participate in this wonderful contest organized by @vishwara sister. I appreciate her for creating such a fantastic contest for us. In this contest, I would like to talk about happiness. Because we do everything in life to be happy. That's how important happiness is to us. Making others happy, making oneself happy are positive emotions. So I invite you all to read my post till the end.
Happiness is a state full of feelings of joy and satisfaction. Happiness has many definitions and is a positive emotion. When we talk about happiness, we are expressing a more general feeling about how we feel about life in the present moment. It varies from person to person.
In happiness we live the life we want. And likes to accept life as it comes. Likes to enjoy positive, healthy relationships with others. There comes a need to share your happiness with others. Practicing self-care and treating others with kindness and compassion. Feeling confident that you have accomplished what you want in life, or that you will eventually accomplish it. Therefore, I feel satisfied with life. Needs to be open to new ideas and experiences full of positive feelings without negativity.
I am happy at the time of writing this article. Because we love that feeling so much. It makes me happy to say something to others with a post like this. Passing an exam, surprices, plan a trip, go to the outside with family or friends, etc. we are happy. Happiness is within us. We have to make it ourselves. So if everything we do can be done in a way that makes us happy, it is very valuable for us.
We all shoul keep in mind that,
it is in you
Happiness cannot be far from the great ful heart and a peaceful mind.
Tips to be happy,
🧸Eat nourishing food every time. Because our body need healthy diet to keep better life.
🧸Do something meaningful thing each day. It glow and fresh up our mind.
🧸Sleep seven to eight hours as our body need. It calm & keep mind relax.
🧸Get regular exercise. It gain more energy and give relax lifestyle.
🎀Now, it's time to do my Steem Powerup.
First, I entered the username & password to my Steemit Wallet and signed in. After signing in, you can do anything in the wallet. I am now preparing to transfer by clicking on the steem coin power up tab added to my wallet.

There I want to powerup 16 Steem. Type the amount of steem to powerup and click on the powerup tab to confirm the powerup and give ok.

Then you can see how my Steem 16 has been added to Steem Power.
